Paula’s Travel was referred to us by a friend/​neighbor, who books all her cruises through Paula. My husband & I decided, somewhat last minute, to take our 11 year old granddaughter, who would be visiting us during the Summer, on a 3 – 4 day Mexico cruise. From the start, Paula was both friendly and highly professional. Given our limited time frame, she got right to work, calling us back in a timely manner. She gave us several options, broken down by date & total cost (including taxes & fees). She answered every question with patience & knowledge. All our documents were prepared & ready for pick-​up by the next morning, where she greeted us like old friends. When we left for Northern California for a family wedding & to bring our granddaughter back with us, we discovered that we had left a form at home that our granddaughter’s mom had to sign & get notarized for the trip. One call and Paula emailed the form, averting a major disaster. For all her work, Paula charged no service fee. Paula’s Travel has assisted me and my friends in coordinating a group vacation more than once. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and always have answers to our questions and help as needed. And Paula is always so easy to work with not mention helpful.

This review is so long overdue. Paula has helped us on at least six cruises, flights, connections and so much more. She is so detail oriented and returns calls promptly. I never have to sit in the Auto Club for hours waiting to talk to a travel agent, she is a phone call away. Whether its Iceland, the Baltics, Australia, Samoa or Hong Kong, Paula has found the information I needed before I traveled there which keeps me sane. She simple takes care of it all! Will I recommend her — heck, I already have all my friends using her. Thank you Paula.

In the Fall, we found out some good friends would be getting married in June 2015 in Maui. They had booked their travel plans with Paula and recommended her. We asked her to look into flights and hotels. We didn’t book at the time. She followed up casually once or twice. Then, in December, we told get we were ready to book. We weren’t. She followed up casually again, and we still weren’t ready. Then, this week we were ready. Paula quickly put together a revised itinerary and we set about paying the deposit. She called to confirm and while she did she double checked the price. It had dropped! Then she said she would let us know the cost of the deposit. When she called me back, she said she had triple checked the price and found an even better deal! We saved $ 200 off get original quote! She’s been so professional and helpful! I can’t wait to work with Paula again!

Paula has been a true gem! She’s gone out of her way to help us book our Alaska cruise for 2015. She responds quickly and with care for every question I have had. She’s very knowledgable, she knows her stuff! I highly recommend her, and will be working with her again I’m sure in the future.

Without Paula we wouldn’t have gone on our long-​overdue trip to Italy. My husband has relatives in the south (Calabria) and I wanted to go on a tour to include as many major tourist highlights (Rome, Florence, Venice) as I could — in two weeks. Paula found a Globus 7-​day tour that was perfect; she worked all the complicated details, always responding quickly to any question I had. And she’s the nicest lady too! I can’t say enough. She made my dream vacation happen. I just wish I knew about her 20 years ago. Finally found a great travel agent!

Paula was terrific and easy to work with. She volunteered to do things that I usually do myself like filling out forms for our recent cruise. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and will assist wherever she can. We will use her again when time for next trip. Paula is a great travel agent i have been using her for every vacation I have done since I was 18 (now I am 25) I am a huge Disney fan and on average I use her about three times a year minimum for all my Disneyworld and Disney Cruise line needs! One thing I do like about her is even tho she is only in the office 4 days a week she will always take the call 7 days a week at anytime. Yes even at 11pm when you can’t find your passport the night before! Thank you Paula

Seriously I had no idea what a pleasure it was to have someone plan your vacation! Paula was a delight through our whole experience. We even had a «hiccup» during our trip and I emailed Paula and BAM she fixed it! So basically she is also the «fixer» too! LOL! She was prompt and efficient and I will definitely use her again! Based on the other three reviews I had high expectations that Paula’s Travel would be able to provide personal knowledge of our vacation designation and could guide us on where to stay. Instead I was emailed a brochure from Pleasant Holidays and asked to select a couple of resorts from which I would then be given a price. The brochure had very little information on which to make an informed selection and included only one or two small photos of each resort and a very brief description of the resort.

If there were more stars possible I’d give them to her. Paula is amazing she has booked over 20 vacations for us wether its vacationing as a couple, as a family or arranging our business trips (groups of 10 or more) Paula is the best!!! She is professional, prompt and even works on her own vacations. She knows her stuff and will always get you the best rate possible. If you want the best deal, best service and all around best travel agent book with Paula’s Travel!!!

Paula is great! Easy to work with and answers our calls even on weekends. I’ve been booking all my vacations with Paula every since i was introduced to her five years ago. Makes planning and setting up a vacation a breeze from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about vacation spots and if she hadn’t been there personally finds out from others who has for us.
