Stay away from this place. I would have given a 0 star if possible. They collected blood samples and then called the next day asking us to come again for giving the blood samples saying they misplaced it. On top of the bad service, they charged an outrageous bill. They would have spent about 20 mins, just a random blood pressure check and the bill is more than 2200 $. Absolutely Ridiculous. They have charged the maximum $ amount they could charge a person for a simple visit with no serious complications. As another person rightly said. This is Medical Billing Fraud. Stay away, and save yourself the headache of getting unusually high Bills.

SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF $$$$$. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I was charged $ 2200 and $ 1570 respectively for visits (20 minutes each) for a pinched nerve in my neck. They NEVER explained that they were out of network, nor did they inform me the charges would be so high. I consider this medical billing fraud. I see there are other reviews claiming the same problem. Maybe it’s time they be reported.

I took my 2 year old there 14 months ago for pink eye in one eye. She had no symptoms except redness in her eye and some drainage. We saw the Physician Asst. literally for 5 mins and we just received a bill for over $ 2000.00!!The procedure code they used to bill our insurance company for was for a complex 60 minute new patient exam. If a 5min visit for a 2 year old with pink eye in one eye is a complex 60 minute visit I hate to see what they bill for having to actually put a band aid on a patient. I will not be paying this but and will certainly be filing a formal complaint for fraudulent billing. They certainly can’t back up their claim that the visit required «medical decision making of high complexity» or that 60 mins was spent face to face with the patient. I’m very glad we never went back and started using another urgent care in Simi that has been around a long time and provides great care and ethical billing.
NOTE: BE SURE TO READ THE GRAYED OUT AREA BELOW THAT SAYS CURRENTLY NOT RECOMMENDED. This place has a reputation and history of doing this. Apparently, an Insurance company rep even confirmed this. Stay away!

Just went here for the first time and I was incredibly satisfied. The receptionist was very friendly and comforting. Was seen by PA Andrea and she took ample amount of time to listen to everything I had to say and get to know my issue.

I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care. The wait was short and I felt like I had their total attention. They worked with my weird insurance and communicated with me about price every step of the way. I have a devastating fear of getting my blood drawn, and even when I was screaming and crying (literally) like a lunatic, they were unbelievably patient and empathetic with me. On top of all that, it’s just a nice facility. Highly recommended.

I received excellent care from the staff with very little wait-​time, and the facilities are very clean. I was even able to get my labs drawn while I was there which was very convenient! I highly recommend them! Thank you for caring for me and my family!

We took my son there and for a 30 minute evaluation they charged $ 2030. He had an ear infection. They say they treat you like in network but according to my insurance co. their tax id isn’t. My ins. paid $ 460 and went towards my deductible. If they were in network it would have been fully paid with a $ 20 copay. So frustrated and annoyed.

I visited them one year ago. They did not even diagnose my issue properly.
No I am not understating this they were WAY off. They sent me to an appointment for a brain MRI when what I had was a completely unrelated viral infection. I ended up in the hospital a week later and the doctors there did a proper diagnosis in about an hour.
They then had the audacity to charge me 2300 dollars for a 30 minute visit.
I called them and they did not even pick up. I have no means of contacting them about this charge.

It seems like they are doing this to a lot of their customers, sending out $ 2000+ charges for 30 minute visits.

I’m rarely sick, but as a mom of 3 and a first grade teacher I’m surrounded by cooties. I needed a quick doctor stop when my head felt like it was going to burst all weekend. I found this place on google & it had great reviews. I see why! I made an appointment online, although I think I wouldn’t have waited long walking in. It’s very clean & nice. The office staff were friendly & thorough. The PA was very nice & took time with me & gave me great suggestions for quick recovery!

So I am a young guy, who is not often sick, but when I come down with something it is super hard to get into my primary care doctor’s office. I have been to two other Urgent Care’s in Simi seeking antibiotics and answers before. I went to this one for the first time and it left a much better impression on me than the others. I actually trusted and felt comfortable with the doctor. She has great bedside manner as opposed to the unhappy treatment I have received at previous center visits in town. Clean and reasonable, would recommend someone going here in a pinch.

Not 24 hours and not available other than regular business hours. The urgent, in urgent care only applies if it fits their schedule.

I had an outer ear infection and needed antibiotics. My 15 minute appointment where they looked at my ear and wrote a prescription was billed to insurance for $ 2,000! I have a Blue Cross PPO and this was out of network. How they can change $ 2,000 for 15 minutes is beyond me. NEVER GO HERE! THEY ARE THIEVES!

This office now offers a weight loss program. I started going there three weeks ago and have already lost 13 pounds. They offer custom solutions for each patient. They are very professional and I feel very comfortable with the staff. The office is very nice and they are quick and on time. I am a big fan and will continue to go there as long as necessary!

I went to this facility for the first time and I must say I was so very impressed with everything. The office and the waiting room are immaculate. The staff is so knowledgable and friendly. I had to have a breathing treatment, and with all of that, rechecking vitals, etc, I was out within 45 min! Amazing! Thank you for your great service!
