History
Established in 2014.
As a young child I stood at my parent’s side as they baked. My dad had developed a ‘secret’ chocolate chip cookie recipe as a teenager. As he artfully prepared them for us, he would portion out a sample of each ingredient for us to taste before he measured each into his mixing bowl.
It was at this young age that I developed an understanding of what went into a great dessert. From there my passion for using the best ingredients to refine and improve recipes emerged. At 10, I started with my Dad’s cookie recipe and soon I had developed my own chewy and crisp chocolate wafer cookie that family members called heaven. Perfecting a fudge brownie from scratch made friends and family beg for more. In no time I was considered the family baker and my cousins would call me asking for their favorite birthday cake.
Today, at 17 years old, my dream is to open a bakery and confectioners shop after graduating from culinary school. This home-based endeavor is the start of that dream.
