They did the impossible and got my Mac G4 Powerbook working again in 2015!
It had «died» on me around early 2011, and I had taken this laptop to at least 4 different Mac experts who told me that there was nothing they could do, yet they had no idea what was wrong with it.
I went to Simi Computer, to drop off for recycling, I had given up hope that it would ever work again. Lawrence the tech on staff said he could look at it and possibly fix it, worst case scenario he could at least retrieve all the data (which was a lot of graphic design files). So I left the laptop with him, and about a week later I was told it was working again. It was a connection issue that he resolved.
I couldn’t believe it, but here I am working on my laptop G4 Powerbook, with it’s fully loaded graphics programs. Not only was Lawrence able to fix the laptop, when other «experts» were sure it was not possible, but the price was very reasonable!
Thank you for fixing my laptop! I highly recommend this shop to others.

Complete waste of $ 60. Brought in my new build to see if they could figure out why it wouldn’t boot. After 2 hours they called me back and indicated the processor was not working. Drove all the way back to Fry’s, where they quickly determined the processor was fine, and that the real issue was the graphics card and a hard drive. After calling the store back to indicate their diagnosis was completely wrong, they refused to grant either a full or even partial refund. So I basically threw away $ 60.

Pretty honored to be the first one to review this business. I have nothing but kudos for Norman and his partner. I have brought them some PC’s with major issues to tackle and they have always been able to help me. Their quotes are reasonable and are honored. There is no hard sell here and if your machine is truly not repairable, they will level with you. Convenient location. Note on parking: The front lot can be kind of full but there is a big parking field behind the building, on Galt, and a rear entrance. Highly recommended. These are people who you hope you never need — - but it’s good to know that they are out there!
