It wouldn’t be possible to give Stan and Renee anything less than 5 stars. I’ve worked with Renee now for 2 home purchases and 1 sale.

— Knowledgeable. She knows and understands the Simi Valley and surrounding city’s markets and trends. She will perform all of the research in advance, determine where the best opportunities are and present options to you. She is the only realtor I know that invests so much time in the preliminary process’.
— Diligent and thorough. She knows the in’s and out’s of all the contractual details of complex home sales and purchases.
— Excellent negotiator. She is smart, funny and very personable, but at the same time can drive difficult negotiations with positive outcomes. She understands the small details in negotiations that the average agent wouldn’t and may have financial impact to their client. She fights for you and what is best for you.
— Great communication. She keeps me in the loop at every step of the way. I never have to call, text or email her with a request for an update. She keeps in me in the know at all times. She manages a lot of the difficult discussions with the other party’s agent so that there is little impact to her client. This makes the process of buying/​selling smoother. Renee and her staff send their client emails with very specific timelines, action items and next steps.
— Technologically savvy. They have a client portal website they use to communicate any new listings to you. Updates are sent out regularly. You can either reject or save those properties you are interested in. When their client has scheduled or completed showings of a home they are selling, you receive a notification of planned and completed showings. Then a questionnaire is sent to the other agent asking about a dozen questions related to the property. We can then see their response. This is a great tool to identify any issues that may cause your home to not sell for a desired price.
— Extra stuff. During the period of time we were selling our home, Renee allowed us to use props, like candles and fake plants to decorate our house and fill in spaces for pictures and showings.
