I started this company to put the trust and honesty back in the carpet cleaning field. To many well lets just call them not so honest cleaners have been takeing advantage of the public for far to long. With Trust Carpet & Tile Cleaning you get a written no hassle quote.

I am putting the SERVICE back into the carpet cleaning industry. We always want to leave our customers with a good service expe… rience and not feeling like they got taken or were not satisfied with the service performed in their home. Our customers will always get a uniformed, well-​trained IIRC certified technician to perform the cleaning in their home. We will always pre-​inspect your carpet and furniture and address any concerns you may have. Exact prices will be given before any service is performed (except for water damages). Then we will perform a thorough cleaning on your carpet and furniture using the most updated processes and cleaning solutions, leaving your carpets and furniture clean and fresh.

Just an honest hard working guy. Thats likes what I do. I built my business based on being honest and offering quality work. I started in this industry when I was 16 years old, I’m 40 now. I am not one of those companies that are just out for your money. I am out for your business and I feel that has to be earned. Because with us there is no hidden fees or secret charges. When I come to your home and give you a price that price will include all the proper steps to get your home as clean as it can be. We needed carpet cleaning done in a hurry and Mike was able to come clean our carpet the very next day. His price was very reasonable too. Not only did he do an awesome job cleaning the carpet, he also helped my husband with a chore in the garage! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!

Good thing we found Trust through Unilocal.We trusted the reviews. Called to request for a quote and Mike came to our house even on a short notice, thank you! We have 3 small rooms with carpet and we have a baby on the way that’s why we needed some cleaning. Mike came on time and started right away. Took about 2 hours and he did a really good job! The carpets are so clean and the rooms smell sooo good. No more moldy smell! We would definitely use their services again next time. Highly recommended. Thank you Mike! Keep it up!

Initially, I called Trust Carpet Cleaning to get an estimate to clean the tile in my house because they are supporters of the Free Clinic of Simi Valley. Also, some friends that I know in the property management business said that they were really good.
The tile grout in my house was a dark taupe color. Trust gave me an excellent quote. I hired them. My tile grout is now back to its original white/​light grey. I was super impressed about the cleanliness of the tile and the no hassle, honest way that Mike carried out the work.
A week later, I became even more impressed when my house cleaners, who come every 4 weeks, thought that I had re-​tiled the whole house.

Mike did a fantastic job cleaning my dads carpets, linoleum floors and couches. They were heavily soiled with many spill spots that Mike worked hard on and trying to get them out. It looks amazing considering the damage done over the years. I contact him about a few spots a day later and he came back within 20 minutes to try to remove them with another machine/​chemical. He is extremely professional and friendly and doesn’t try to push you off. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing and honest! Thanks again Mike !!!

Mike and Paul just left out house after performing a near miracle on our couches! Our white (I know, I know) microfiber couch has had 3 years of our 105 pound indoor/​outdoor German Shepard and two years of our little boy abusing it.
I’m embarrassed to show the photo because it’s so gross and makes me feel dirty but seeing is believing!
These guys were super friendly, punctual, professional and very reasonably priced.
We had one 6′ couch and two love seats done that we were thinking we had to get rid of, they saved them. I can’t thank them enough!

Let me start of by saying, there is a reason why Trust Carpet & Tile Cleaning has five stars from nearly every person who posted; Mike is simply amazing. I typically do my own steam cleaning of the carpets but the cats had gotten sick on the carpets and there were stains I couldn’t get out but Mike did. The bottom line is, Mike is professional, fair on his pricing and does an outstanding job. When he cleaned my carpets it was the second time he’d come out. The first time I had him clean and seal the grout on my kitchen and entry hall. That same day he cleaned my kitchen countertops (plus showed me how to do it the way he does) — thank you Mike. This last time, the carpets and again, he did amazing. Only guy I’d call. He’s trustworthy, friendly and you’ll be so happy with the finished product.

I chose Trust Carpet Cleaning because of the great reviews on Unilocal and because they are a locally owned business. Mike was on time and very upfront with what service he would provide and the cost. He was very considerate in keeping the costs down, backing out furniture that wouldn’t be moved and suggesting 2 unused rooms didn’t need cleaning. He was on time for my cleaning appointment and did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with the time and attention he took in cleaning my 15 year old carpets and they look almost new. I was hesitating just before my appointment because I forgot to ask if he was licensed, bonded and insured (my bad). I never did ask, but he did such a great job, I really don’t care.

I was totally incensed by my first quote! The man came in and acted like a condescending freak! Quoted me 75.00 on the phone then over 500.00 in my home. After being thrown out, he came offering 200.00!
I called Trust (very gun shy) and Danielle made me feel Sooo great and totally empathized with my trauma! She promised that her husband would come out and tell it to me Straight!
I still had reservations. Then my mom came home with RAVING REVIEWS about Trust! She heard about them from the YMCA and from «FOR THE TROOPS» where she volunteers!
Mike and Paul came and were FLAWLESS! Do yourself a favor. For honesty and an AMAZING JOB! Call these people… FIRST!!!

Mike did an excellent job steam cleaning our carpets in a house that we just moved out of last week. We left the door unlocked because my wife and I were both working. Amazing service!
We originally purchased a livingsocial deal for another company and when they came out they wanted to charge me over $ 250 more for «heavily stained» carpet, which was not the case. I called Trust a few days later and scheduled an estimate and cleaning appointment. Danielle was so nice and really eased my mind on the phone after the incident with the last company. My appointment was scheduled on a Saturday between 9 — 9:30am. The tech arrived at 9:05 and after looking at the carpets and measuring, he gave me an estimate that was 1⁄3 of the price of the other company. The tech worked REALLY hard and was very professional. It did take him quite a few hours, but it was well worth it. The carpets looked almost brand new and having two small kids and two dogs that is pretty much a miracle.
If you ever need your carpets cleaned call Trust, you will not regret it!

We are so impressed with your carpet cleaning. Our carpet is a pale beige almost white color and it was dirty to the point we thought it would need to be replaced. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs. We gave you a chance to come and clean the carpets and we are more shocked than impressed at how the carpet is spotless and looks brand new. We waited to write this review to see if the spots came back up, they have NOT! You are a definitely trusted by us! Mike and his assistant came by today and provided an estimate. Despite the fact his price was around $ 45 more than I was hoping to pay, I trusted the previous Unilocal reviews and purchased his services.
Mike did an extremely thorough job. He moved furniture where needed and even moved my plastic office chair mat to clean underneath.
During the 3 hour cleaning both gentlemen were professional and friendly. The carpets look amazing and I’m very happy with the service. The equipment he uses is very impressive as you can see from a before/​after photo I took of the stairs. He also put extra time into the higher traffic areas and displayed a true passion for quality cleaning.
I recommend Trust Carpet & Tile if you’re looking for a seriously good cleaning. If you’re looking to save a buck you might want to look elsewhere but hey. you get what you pay for.
