Touch of Class Consignment

Um, Lisa? First of all, my real name is not Valerie. I do not use my real name online in this manner, so your collaboration with Nita to play detective will be futile. Anyway, as I am sure you were planted here by Nita, you might want to refute all the other online complaints, on other sites, about Touch of «Class» which were not posted by me. I have no reason to lie; I have been treated rudely by Nita as have many, many people, not to mention those that have lost their belongings in her «reorganization.» During the «reorganization,» we were emailed that she was closing, to come pick up our items by appointment, called the establishment, voicemails always full, emails never answered, went in, tried to get our stuff, and got neither stuff or money. The «business» has the worst reputation in town and I know many people who no longer shop there (including, of course, myself) and never will. In a good town like Simsbury, there is no place for this woman. Oh, and if you want to, check out her slanderous feedback for others on eBay, calling people «idiot foreigners.» Ya, a good businesswoman — not!
