Yum, yum, yum! I’m pretty sure that the bakers put in a «special» ingredient in all of their breads because my family cant’ get enough of all the wonderful goodies they make! My wife’s favorite is the Baklava, a dessert bread, and I’m a big fan of their sourdough! My son likes everything, but he’s a toddler, so he’ll eat anything with«bread» in the name. The staff are wonderful and patient, which is refreshing for a boutique-esque store, and the prices are appropriate for the quality and quantity of food bought. Even if you don’t buy anything fancy there, make sure you get a few sample(or two)!

Good bread, no question about it. The only caveat, get there early in the day to get your loaf as the choices become limited as the day goes by. A sure sign of good quality and freshness when the products fly off the shelves and the shelves are empty at closing time.

What in the WHAT? First review for Breadsmith? Well, that certainly isn’t because people don’t know about it. On 12⁄23 Hubs and I scored the last loaf of cranberry-orange bread after waiting in a line that was out the door. Sioux Falls knows what’s up, and if it’s carbohydrate related, then the Breadsmith is your vendor. I don’t usually like to give five stars to a brand-new place so liberally, but we tried four loaves and two cookies from Breadsmith, I’ve been back home for two weeks, and I already have a hankering for more. Do you guys ship to the Left Coast? In addition to our cranberry-orange, we tried sourdough wheat, and Irish soda bread. Perfection, and fantastic prices. Our chocolate chip and snicker-doodle cookies were just icing on the cake. We left our frequent buyer card with Hubs’ dad. Let’s hope he jumps on the bus, too!
