I had a terrible experience with Emily supervisor on my call to Anthropologie to talk about the Old Orchard cashier mistake on a date I ordered online from the store. Anthropologie is my favorite store!!! I would never imagine I write a complaint for the lack of customer service. I ordered 3 items online from the store and used my birthday coupon for the first time!!! When I came home I realized that one item was on sale online and the person who ringed me scanned the original price. I called customer service to adjust the price for me and they refused to give me the birthday coupon on that item!!! I just can’t believe that from this store.. They should teach their employees to respect their loyal customers. This is NOT acceptable from Anthropologie!!!

This location was useless. They did not have any of the dresses that I saw online and was looking to buy. Overall a much smaller store and inventory than the stores downtown. I had much better luck at the Fremont location!

Beautiful clothes, friendly employees, and a play area right outside for my husband and daughter. Perfect!

Located on the LL Bean and Crate and Barrel side of the mall, I missed this the first time around. We came here on Black Friday and it wasn’t crazy busy. The sale section is a little small, but I found a lot of great goodies. They had some good sales and good inventory on home goods. I will come here again and see what great finds they have in the sale section.

Okay, it’s hard to write a review when you absolutely LOVE the items inside the store, but think the customer service is pretty terrible. I went inside a few days ago to browse for some candles(they have the coolest candles by the way…) and was inside the store for about 45 minutes. I looked at the pretty clothes, the jewelry, books, and coasters(i have an obsession with sparkly things… sorry i’m not sorry) and not once was approached by a sales associate. One was folding clothes the entire time and never looked up from her work, one was kind of just walking back and forth through the store, and one was behind the counter with the most bored look on her face. I mean, I don’t think it would kill you to put(at least a fake) smile on your face and actually say HELLO! to a customer who has been in there for 45 mins. I was so annoyed with these girls that I left without buying anything, and just purchased my beloved candles online.

Let’s see… this place had a nice couch for me to recline on while my wife and mother-in-law browsed. Then, I was summoned to see what they had found, and wow — my wife looked amazing in what they had there. DEFINITELY her style, and they were from the sale rack(score). Great store, great outfits, and I didn’t lose too much $$ in the process. :)

I think that this chain was built with KATGIRL in Mind! It has this whole Modern Vintage Vibe that SCREAMS Me! I do go to many of the Anthropologies but I have to say that this location includes the Extreme Hospitable Staff. About 5 ladies helped me and all were extremely nice the entire time I was there even though they were all extremely busy. I’m near the new downtown location but I’m glad that I went to this one over the weekend. The prices well… umm. One could wait for a sale. It’s not a small one of a kind boutique but I have yet to see many women with their clothes on when I’m hanging out.

The best store ever. Not the same old, same old. They have such good taste. I like to buy things on sale there because they can be expensive. However I love everything I bought and they are worth the money.

Say what? There’s an Anthropologie at Old Orchard now?! Discovered it on my way to Lucy today. There’s something that’s calming about shopping here. Maybe it’s the smell of candles or the incense. Maybe it’s the vintage inspired clothing. It’s definitely not the prices though. Trendy dresses, sweaters, tops — you name it — will run you a hefty buck. Love the dressing rooms. Each one has a floor to ceiling mirror, stool, coat hooks, and a closet inset to hang your potential threads. It seriously looks as if it could function as a mini living area. You’ll also find home furnishings here for your kitchen, living room, or bedroom. It’s kind of like an earthy, sophisticated Urban Outfitters.
