Avenue

I use GeoQpons at every store I go to… Every store and this is the second time that I came in with a coupon that they wouldn’t accept. Keep in mind Kohls, And other retailers accept the coupons because they are legitimate!!! I would’ve spent over 200 dollars and they let me walk out without spending a dime… terrible business!

I wish I could give this place no stars… I was in the store 3 weeks ago to find an outfit for a funeral. The store had about 7 customers because they were just wrapping up a fashion show…
While two associates greeted me, I really was offered no additional help. I found a few items that were not exactly what I wanted, but I didn’t have time to shop at other stores because I had to travel out of state for the funeral. I paid for the items and one additional sale item.
When I saw the sales associate take my purchases off the hangers, I asked her not to… she told me, «Sorry, we recycle these»… She didn’t skip a beat and I was trying to think if I had anything at home that would hold my slippery black outfit so it wouldn’t wrinkle in the car.
I returned four days later to return two shirts that did not fit well… I didn’t try them on at the store… While returning the items, the salesperson said the one shirt was fine to return, but the sale item was less than $ 12.99 and I could not return it… When I said that wasn’t on the receipt and how is that possible, she said that there is a sign on the sales rack… Really? Are you f’n kidding me…
I can honestly recommend this store only if you don’t want help, have a sales staff that bark out their store policies like robots, won’t give you hangers and are too busy complaining about their schedule to give any customer service…
Will not be shopping there again… the staff just sucks!

So I spent quite some time looking and trying on clothes. Which all in all was fine. I like to left all be when I shop so I didn’t feel offended that they ignored me.
When it came time to ring up my purchase though I decided to pay cash after all. (The girl had asked and I really was not sure what I was going to do — apparently they were only taking cash at one register {Really???}). So the girl had to re-​ring it on another register. She left my sale up on the other register. The new total was more by $ 5.46.
When I questioned it the manager decided that she should finally stop chatting on the phone and find out what was wrong. She then told me that the girl rang it up wrong the first time. I asked her that if I paid by credit card I could have the other price — since it was still an active transaction she told me NO! When I told her what I thought of her customer service she told me to stop berating them. If she felt berated then it was deserved you screw over a customer because you finally decided to get off the phone??? For $ 5.46??? Was it really worth it?

I love this store. The sales associates are very helpful. The store is very organized and clean. They have a great selection. This is my favorite Avenue store.

Tina, I had an argument with Marion many times before and he’s so damn rude and unprofessional. Why work in a women clothing store if you act like you don’t like women. Majority of the staff are either rude, lazy, or don’t care about good customer service.
This once chick start following me around the store on my very first visit and I contacted the corporate office who then transfer me to the district manager. After awhile she wasn’t working there anymore

I will never shop at this particular Avenue again. The staff is incredibly unhelpful, and the manager MARIO is just plain rude. I had purchased $ 151.80 today and after had a question regarding something that I was mischarged for. I spoke to the manager, who did absolutely nothing to make the situation better. I subsequently turned around and returned everything that I had bought. If the manager can’t treat me with any respect, the store does not deserve my hard earned money. I will drive out of my way to go to another Avenue or shop online.

A good place to get some nice, casual clothes for women. I actually find their clothing sizes to be a bit big but they have some really nice accessories. This is a nice location and is never too crowded.
