Horrible place! The front office staff is atrocious. They couldn’t verify my insurance information due to a billing mistake by blue cross. I called, got a rep. Fixed the billing information and put the rep on the phone with the office manger. The rep offered her a confirmation number and updates In the computer system saying I was covered. She then demanded a fax of proof from him and accused me of not really being on the phone with a real representative because he was telling her she didn’t need the fax and they were following protocol.
