Ice Berg specializes in servicing residential and commercial HVAC equipment. We sell American made furnaces like Carrier, Payne, and Weil McLain boilers. Ice Berg only installs Bradford White water heaters and offers residential and commercial maintenance contracts. Ice Berg also sells indoor air quality products from Aprilaire such as humidifiers, air cleaners, and ERV’s. 95% of our business is service based. In the event that it is not cost effective to repair your existing equipment, Ice Berg will help you to select a properly sized and more efficient new unit. Ice Berg also believes that the informed consumer is our best customer. So whether you need a humidifier for your house in Northbrook or you need a new furnace for your rental property in Bucktown, Ice Berg will get the job done right the first time around.

History

Established in 2004.

Ice Berg started out to provide consumers on the North Shore and clients located on the north side of Chicago with high quality heating and air conditioning products for a reasonable prices.

Meet the Manager

Sean W.

Manager

Sean worked at several different HVAC companies before coming to Ice Berg in 2004. He graduated Northeastern Illinois University in 2000 with a degree in Psychology. He acquired his EPA 608 Universal refrigeration certification and attended a HVAC service technician program at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL. He advanced to a service technician position after 6 weeks of working as an assistant while with another company. Sean came to Ice Berg and was promoted to manager instantaneously due to his exceptional people skills acquired from his 13 year career in social services working with children and young adults whom were disabled and impoverished.
