So I just walked into this place that has 6 employees on staff that couldn’t look more surly… there was absolutely no greeting from the staff. My friend placed an order… I stepped up to place mine and the phone rang… Ok I get it… someone was calling in an order for pick up… the least that employee could have done was acknowledge me… instead he stood there lipping a soggy toothpick. As I stood directly I front of the employee directly in front of the register he hung up the phone and turned his back on me… I watched all five of his fellow employee look at me and say nothing… as I stood at the register I watched him turn his head and look over his shoulder at me… He ignored me until my friends order was complete… there was no one else but us… I finally said forget it and left… Your employee coped an attitude to my friend asking if I had wanted to order… she clearly bit her tongue and gave your company the last money I will ever let you company get for this substandard food. The least you can do is train your employees acknowledge guests in your establishment.

I really like noodles & company’s menu. Lots of options to choose from. I do recommend double checking your order if you place a to go order. I have had bad luck three times with my fod. Either I’ve received the wrong items or am missing items that I was charged for. Check your order before you leave the restaurant. Over all the food is very good, the service could be better.

Just like any other noodles and company, the food was absolutely delicious. My Japanese pan noodles were perfect. Unfortunately though, my cousin had order their Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca and the pasta was not fully cooked. I am sure if we had told them, they would have changed it. But the reason I give them 4 stars is because even though it was not busy, the staff seemed so rushed and hectic; the cashier dropped a cup while checking us out and didn’t even bother picking it up… Besides that, the layout of the place is really nice, and there is an outside area. I love noodles and company, and I probably will still come to this location!

This is one of Joani’s spots so I had to check it out for myself– after all who doesn’t love N&Co? The one in Village Crossing and at Old Orchard are usually packed with patrons and noticeably«dirty” — as in abandoned bowls and napkin stacks(especially at the OO location). I’ve always loved their pastas, salads, and decently-priced meals. Food: Ordered my favorite pasta and for some reason they did not include/ask me for meat. When I got the pasta, I asked for chicken and the«chicken» I did receive– I only had a bite. Although I did not take photographic evidence of the«meat» in question, it did not resemble the usual chicken strips that accompany the pasta that I customarily order. Service: Management promptly remedied my lack of meat when I asked so I give them props, but the meat that was brought out looked more like mashed up chicken in oil than grilled chicken strips. Servers were friendly and the restaurant seemed to need more employees. The pasta(minus the meat) was otherwise delicious and this restaurant in particular was pretty clean with ample condiments. I will definitely have to come back to try the desserts and«buff bowls». 3 Stars.

Love this noodles location. The manager that’s usually there when I go is so accommodating. The staff is friendly. I’ve had a few hiccups with my order and it was always rectified immediately. Great lunch place!

Was there on a Saturday night about 9:40pm. Walked in and girl at register didn’t notice me because she was texting. Otherwise she was nice but, upon leaving, one of the cooks was outside smoking, sitting almost in front of the door and can we just say«pull your pants!». I wasn’t going to write a review until I bumped into the cigarette smoke as I walked out.

As a manager of a chain restaurant myself I literally am beside myself with the management at this location. She broke the basic rule of food service, the customer is always right and made me feel stupid while doing it. Apparently Noodles & Company doesn’t teach their managers and staff to just say yes, bc a whole ordeal was made over the fact that I wanted two dressing for my regular size salads(as that’s what I had received at their other locations and well what just makes sense why would a small and regular get the same amount of dressing?). I couldn’t believe she wouldn’t just give me the dressing, finally after all of this she’s like do you just want another dressing! really?!? Get it together, you’re a brand new location that I’m never going back to

Food was good, but the place looked absolutely trashed. Went in there at about 9;45 and the cashier had the meanest look on her face. Management must be horrible, since the floor throughout the entire place looked like a mess.

Yeah… I’m the 1st one to review this new location! We have two other N&C’s in our area, yet we were thrilled that this store was opening across from Lincolnwood Town Center, in a booming area by XSport Fitness, the new Longhorn, new Starbucks with a drive-thru, new Pie Five, and the upcoming Mariano’s! This is less than 10 minutes from my house, and my daughter LOVES Noodles & Company! So already, we were happy. I received an email about the Grand Opening, which was on Monday, March 23rd. It said they were opening at 10:30 am, and the 1st100 guests would receive a gift card for $ 5. We weren’t going to go that early, but we did go for lunch between 11:30 and 12:00. I think the weather helped us to receive a gift card because even though there were a few people there, it was cold and had snowed rather heavily, so not a lot of people were on the roads at this time. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young, bubbly girl who warmly welcomed us, and asked us if we’d ever been. We know the menu quite well so my daughter knew exactly what she wanted(the steak stroganoff bowl); whereas I fluctuate between the pesto cavatappi occasionally when I want carbs, or the Chinese chop chicken salad or the Med salad. This young lady explained their new«Buff» bowls, of which there are 4, and she showed me the descriptions and pictures on the wall. The concept behind the buff bowls is that they are versions of their four most popular entrees that replace the chain’s signature noodles with a double portion of veggies. Sounded good to me! 1. Japanese Pan with marinated steak, 2. Bangkok Curry with organic tofu, 3. Pesto with pork, and 4. Fresca with grilled chicken One size, each for $ 8.75. I chose the fresca with grilled chicken, and we added soups to our entrees for the usual $ 1.29 additional. My daughter likes their chicken noodle, and I like their tomato bisque.(I took a cup of the tomato bisque home to my husband the former chef, and he was impressed!) Sometimes I order just a large soup and add the parmesan crusted chicken breast for protein. Delicious! Anyway, today I LOVED my buff bowl! It’s a bed of spinach leaves, topped with fresh tomatoes, red onions, feta, grilled chicken, and some sort of light, flavorful dressing. This is easily my new favorite dish here! So tasty and being healthy conscious, I felt good about eating it. And I appreciate that while there are plenty of noodle-free salads, sandwiches, and soups already on the menu, this is just another step that the chain is taking to appeal to diners attracted to Noodles & Co.‘s freshness but apprehensive about noodles and pasta that are high in carbohydrates. While we were eating, servers came around constantly to see how we were, if we needed anything., and in addition to the $ 5 gift card that we received, they had samples of their chocolate cake and carrot cake desserts. It is now a week and a half later, and we have been back two more times. We are very happy with this addition to the area, and we foresee a long and happy relationship!
