Not worth it. Sure, it’s a neighborhood dive bar. And it should be graded by a different set of standards than a trendier place. However, even by dive bar standards, if you are merely curious about checking this place out, don’t bother. I popped in after work one night to wait out rush hour over a cold one. The place was dingy and did not have a good vibe. They have zero beers on tap(despite a Guinness handle), so I paid $ 4.25(yikes) for a bottle of Dab and was treated with overt skepticism and quite possibly resentment by the bartender. I couldn’t finish my beer fast enough.

THISIS A DIVEBAR. Cheap drinks, friendly bartenders, small area, but a great hometown atmosphere. If you’re looking for anything with one ounce of «class» move along, locals are the only ones in this bar on the weekends and it’s a very calm and relaxing time.

I give bar a 3 for charm because you do not find many places like it anymore unless you are in Europe. I have to give another 2 to the soft ball playing patrons however all 5 stars are stripped away by the bartender who was and is rude, arrogant, racist, and actually violent in his behavior. I asked to taste a few drafts with friends to find something we wanted to drink beer wise. The bartender looked and behaved angry, irritated and annoyed. Then after we finished our drinks I had mentioned something to my friend about her Principal where she works as a teacher. The bartender then screamed at us and said we were to never return. The irony is that one of my friends lives nearby and sends friends there. She also said her son had been given similar uncalled for treatment. Please please please find another bartender. This bartender was there on Monday night 10/29/2012. thank you

Cool looking bar. i drove by and saw this bar in the middle of no where. i went in and it was filled with young cap wearing lous onnoxous punks. So it was’nt your old man bar. Maybe it is during the day and morning hours. I like jewel shot and drink bars like this especially in the middle of no where. Another place where they got to blast the music. Why do peopple have to slip in a dollar and force others to hear your bad choice of music. Sigh. No wonder my best bar momments is when there are hardly anybody in the place

Totally low profile bar. Nothing fancy — really it’s just a bar but that’s the charming part: no gimmicks, you just go in and have a drink. There’s a pool table in the back and a jukebox. It really has the feel of your corner old-man bar. I think this is more of a tavern — you can get spirits there too. There was fridge on the side where people would pick up 6 packs, not sure if that’s still there though.
