Meet the Business Owner

Melissa and Kevin B.

Business Owner

We are first time small business owners living the dream. I grew up in Slidell and Melissa in Mandeville. I graduated with a Culinary Arts degree from Delgado in New Orleans. We started this from an idea, to a business plan, then an SBA loan and now a completed restaurant. The construction process was very difficult because we were «Learning on the Job» but we stayed positive, with plenty of prayers, and never gave up. Our vision is to bring a little bit of New Orleans to the Northshore. With entertainment, fresh homemade food, great atmosphere and awesome people. So bring the whole family out and get a Hot Dog…“Try them again for the first time” at Bruiser’s «Home of the Barduca Dog»
