I can only give this shop a mediocre rating at best. I agree with previous reviews that he only appears to be interested in doing quick and easy exhaust work, and in my particular case seemed more interested in scrapping my catalytic converter than diagnosing my exhaust leak. It seems to me that this guy was the man to see back in the day, since he had been in business so long. Now he appears old and tired and not really up to much of a challenge. My exhaust makes horrible banging noise now. I brought it back (which was difficult since he seems to keep less than consistent hours) and he said there appeared to be one spot that was touching and he wanted to grind down the spot on my gas tank strap to take the noise away. At the time I didn’t have time to leave it and frankly did not want this man cutting on my vehicle anymore since I have my doubts that there was anything wrong with my catalytic converter in the first place. I asked he would test drive my car and he said he could leave because he was a one man shop. If you need cheap exhaust work down and don’t care too much for the outcomes, you can go there. I’ll personally pay a bit more and have my stuff done well from now on.

I have used this muffler shop over the past 20 years and they have ALWAYS been honest and extremely reasonably priced. They will tell you what needs to be done and why and not try to sell you something you do not need. I would recommend this shop to anyone and do so often.

OK shop, but only wants to do basic exhaust repairs or install kits he sells and marks up.
I had a 98 Mustang that I bought an aftermarket exhaust kit for and needed a simple installation. I was told on the phone he could install it and the charge was $ 100 for labor which I felt was fair. I dropped the car off and it was ready late that day. No problems.
Two years later I brought in a 95 Mustang GT for the exact same work. I had a kit I purchased online and simply needed his labor. Again he quoted $ 100 and I dropped off the car. I did not tell him I was a returning customer as I saw it as irrelevant. After keeping my car for 6 hours I get a call to be told «he can’t install the exhaust because it’s a kit and won’t clear the rear axel». I knew the problem, he just didn’t want to do the work. The kit was made for that car and installs with just simple welds and clamps. I was very upset that he told me he would do the work, I explained each part and gave model numbers to prove they were the right components, dropped off the car for the work, only to be told 6 hours later he won’t do it. Needless to say I brought this «kit that won’t work» to another shop and within 2 hours it was installed and ready to go
