Established in 1985.

For over 30 years Dewey Crosby, propietor of Heirloom Restored, has been lovingly restoring antiques, repairing modern furniture, and fabricating his own furniture, windows, and doors as well as other speciality woodcrafts. Even as a child he was always most at home in his grandfather’s workshop or helping his dad with projects around the home.

For over 30 years Dewey Crosby has been lovingly restoring antiques, repairing modern furniture, and fabricating his own furniture, windows, and doors as well as other speciality wood crafts. Even as a child he was always most at home in his grandfather’s workshop or helping his dad with projects around the home.

Dewey uses a variety of techniques when restoring furniture, blending both the traditions of master craftsmen of the past and the discoveries of modern technology, while drawing on his extensive knowledge of wood and finishes. For Dewey giving a loved piece of furniture a new lease of life is a joy, he is passionate about wood craft and loves the challenge of restoring a piece. The customer’s needs always come first and before starting a project Dewey likes a detailed consultation to ensure that the finish meets the customer’s expectations.
