Hem It Up Tailor

Brought my fancy dress in for a hem and tuck. She did a fabulous job within a very reasonable amount of time. Even added a wrist strap to the train which made this dress prefect for me!
What else is there to say? She did a great job and made the dress a fabulous fit for my event.

After moving to the area I had to find a good tailor. I stumbled upon Hem It Up Tailor even with its limited reviews. I’m glad I made the decision to take my clothes here. The shop was clean and displayed a professional appearance. There were two dressing booths to try on your clothes.
I had three dress pants that needed to be hemmed. Sophy took her time during the fitting and was very knowledgeable when I asked her for her opinions about determining the break for the pants. She would let me know her opinion if I wanted to go with a certain break and how it would affect the pants, and possibly what other work might be needed to be done to the pants. Sophy is very personable, friendly, and provides great service. You can see it when customers enter the store and the individual attention she gives them.
One thing that irritates me is when a tailor promises a date and it not being done. The pants were completed when promised. She even sends you a text letting your items are complete. The pants turned out great and the final product was tidy with no loose thread. I will be bringing any future alterations I need to her.
