History
Established in 2015.
Lee’s began with an idea to bring real hand tossed stone baked pizza to Slidell. Our history of pizza comes from the former Augie’s Tower of Pizza in New Orleans East. Everyone in the family worked at the restaurant at one time or another but then Katrina devastated the East and the rest is history. So, here we are today making great pizza for Slidell.

I’m Kirk Lee Jacobs and I’ve been around great pizzerias all my life and to top it off, my wife’s Italian. That’s why when we opened Lee’s Flying Pizza in Slidell, we set our standards high. We have handmade dough, savory sauce, and fresh toppings, baked in a stone deck oven which provides a unique flavor found in most New York pizzerias. We also feature Italian, Artichoke, Greek salads, fresh cannolis, and toasty Muffaletta’s. Give us a try today.
