Welcome to Lee’s Flying Pizza, homemade dough and sauce, hand tossed pizza baked in a stone oven for a real neighborhood pizzeria flavor. Our salads are a house dressing specialty and our muffaletta’s are toasty. Call for Pick up, DELIVERY, or dine in.

History

Established in 2015.

Lee’s began with an idea to bring real hand tossed stone baked pizza to Slidell. Our history of pizza comes from the former Augie’s Tower of Pizza in New Orleans East. Everyone in the family worked at the restaurant at one time or another but then Katrina devastated the East and the rest is history. So, here we are today making great pizza for Slidell.

I’m Kirk Lee Jacobs and I’ve been around great pizzerias all my life and to top it off, my wife’s Italian. That’s why when we opened Lee’s Flying Pizza in Slidell, we set our standards high. We have handmade dough, savory sauce, and fresh toppings, baked in a stone deck oven which provides a unique flavor found in most New York pizzerias. We also feature Italian, Artichoke, Greek salads, fresh cannolis, and toasty Muffaletta’s. Give us a try today.

Pizza is always tasty. I’ve never eaten at the restaurant, but when I pick up the place seems clean and has a nice atmosphere. The meatballs are the best thing I’ve eaten at Lee’s and I would put them up against any I’ve ever had anywhere else. On pizza, with spaghetti, or on the delicious meatball muffuletta, they can’t be beat. Service is a little lax, but overall I highly recommend this place.

Dakota took care of us. She was on point. The pizza was great but I’d suggest the spaghetti and meatballs. It’s all legit. You won’t be disappointed

Went for supper with a party of 8. We were served with no issues. All orders were correct & drinks were promptly refilled. The build-​your-​own pizza was great. My friend had spagetti & meatballs & said it was very good. Got cannoli a & the choc chip flavor and white choc flavors were both good.

Amazing pizza and canolis! Super nice people running the place too. Don’t expect little Cesar speed because it’s hand tossed heaven, not pre-​packaged bullcrap. I am very impressed and will come back if I’m in town again

We get Lee’s as often as we can. Their pizza is unlike any other in Slidell. Everything about this pizza is excellent. Sauce, crust, cheese, toppings. I have 4 kids and ordering pizza was always a pain. Not with Lee’s, they don’t care what toppings are on. Do your tastebuds a favor and just get a pizza, a muffellatta, or geez… don’t even get me started on the connollis. Decadent.

I have an extra cheese, light sauce, pepperoni and onion pizza from there and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life. It is so much better than chain pizza restaurants that they need to come up with a different name for it. The word pizza doesn’t justify it if you’re comparing it to Domino’s Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. It’s light years better than Rotolo’s and the other change as well. I hope this place can stay in business.
