I am the owner of LMN Health and Wellness. I have several degrees that makes me an excellent exercise specialist with proven results. With a B.S. Biology, M.A. Teaching, and M.S. Exercise Science and Health Promotions, I have the best foundation to help each person reach their goal of living a healthier lifestyle.

Having over 15 years of experience in the fitness training and health/​wellness industry, I have been able to help meany reach their goals in a safe, effective, and timely manner.
