Been using N.O. Doody for several months and have been happy with the service. Communication is great and they are generally accommodating. Their employees are friendly and reliable.
The main reason for my 5-​star review, though, is that today I got an email after a failed phone call attempt (I had changed my number) and N.O. Doody was letting me know that a strange man was parked in front of my house taking pictures and drove off after confronted by one of their employees! Turns out the guy was legitimately taking pictures for an appraisal that was in the works, but I really appreciated that they were looking out for me! Just one way to show how this company really incorporates into the community and goes the extra mile. THANK YOU!
