First let me say the crew that has serviced my property beginning Sept 2009 have been WONDERFUL! They entertain my children and make sure to show love to the kids when the kids love them and the big trucks and the horns. Wonderful group of guys! The issue I have is more with the process and procedures division of the organization. When we first signed up in 2009 we were told a can would be delivered. After 2 days and moving in trash accumulated I contacted the organization only to be told«For faster service you can come to us and pick up the can???» HUH? Okay Ummm no thanks I will contact WM and sign up with them. «Hold on sir let me contact my manager” — -MAGICALLY the can arrived in 30 minutes. Awesome!!! Fast forward to 7JAN2016 I put the can out wed night I saw the can at 0530 on Thursday morning and then BAM the can was gone at 3pm Thursday afternoon. I called and was informed that«maybe» the can was broken/cracked — not to my knowledge) Okay… we will check for you. A minimum of 4 phone calls to the company to be told well they didn’t pick it up– maybe someone took it? HUH? Weird but okay. I live in a cul de sac and I know the all the people but maybe someone from another part of my neighborhood drove over to my house to steal the progressive trash can and not the Lowes, brand new, 96 gallon trash can I just bought? Again WEIRD. Okay well what now. The work order is in and has been printed it should be delivered today. …nope…not the next day… nope…still no can… really? Okay so now what… I called again today because I still do not have the can and trash ran yesterday. I was told(everytime I called) I could come to Lacombe to pick up a can, it would be quicker??? WHAT I LIVEINSLIDELL… I have a KIA… And Two Jobs… ummm can you bring me my can back please… Well I opted to cancel service at this point and offered some tips of Lean Six Sigma or Work Order/ticketing software they could incorporate to assist in Customer Satisfaction as it seems the issues I have are within the company and the processes being used. More of a rant that any insight. Bottom line is the men that worked in the truck are wonderful and I wish I could deal with them. Super group of guys!!! The policies within the company need help and could really benefit from external input regarding the processes currently being used. That is all… Rant Over… OUT!!! UPDATE: 1⁄22 I received a call from my wife around 330 saying a trash can had been delivered at the house. Like I said before the crew has been wonderful the operating procedures need to be addressed. I forgot to mention earlier that the ladies at the office were always pleasant and assisted me with updates as well.

I concur with the others here. We weren’t picked up the week of Thanksgiving or New Years. We had great service before they bought out Tchefuncte Disposal. Trash on the street is subject to animals and also a green light for vandals if your empty can stays on the street. Since they are inconsistent even on their good days… we can’t get the can in, in a timely manner. Sometimes they come in the morning… sometimes afternoon… sometimes not at all. We’ll be changing when the bill comes due again. Glad they aren’t our only choice.

I cancelled the service on 8⁄14 and they have yet to pick up the trash can even though it’s been outside by the curb waiting! Steer clear of this racquet! I should have known to beware when every time I call, the customer service agent says they are«new to the area».

I would NOT recommend this company at all! They tell you when your pick up day is and they never show up until to 1 or 2 days later(if you are lucky). When you call, they are very short with you on the phone. They don’t seen to care that you want to cancel your service with them.

The worst trash service ever!!! They NEVER pick up on the day scheduled and if you do not call it remains until you do call. All my other neighbors on my block have changed services or in the process of doing so. STAYAWAYFROMTHISCOMPANY!!!

This company does not actually pick up our trash. I have lived in the area for 3 months now and have yet to experience a single week when both our trash and recycling are picked up. I have called MANY times. They usually promise they will come get it within 24 hours, however they DONOT come. The trash can is still full and outside on my driveway right now, and last week I was told not once, but twice it would be picked up within 24 hours. Very poor service.
