History

Established in 2011.

Boston Skydive Center is owned and operated by Dean O’Flaherty a professional skydiver with over 26 years of experience in the sport, he has logged over 23,000 jumps.

Dean has worked at some of the busiest Drop Zones in the USA as an Instructor/​examiner, Safety and training advisor, Free fall photographer.

Dean’s video/​photography work has appeared in all types of media all over the world. He is also a licensed pilot.

Boston Skydive Center was opened in 2011 at the North Central Airport, Smithfield, Rhode Island. Chosen for its proximity and convenience to Boston and Providence areas.
