Terrazza was born in 2015. With a concept that mediterranean cuisine should taste as it used to! Food needs love and should not be over complicated. This concept is brought to life by Chef Mario Azrak. Chef Mario has cooked all over Europe with Middle-Eastern and Greek background. He is honored to bring his expertise back to RI.

Chef Marios Azrak deep appreciation for Lebanese and international cuisine was developed at a young age growing up in Beirut, Lebanon where he was exposed to a variety of foods that would fuel his lifelong passion for cooking
He began his culinary career at the age of 14 in Lebanon trained with world class chefs while going to school during the day until he moved to Athens Greece during the war in 2006, worked at the best restaurants in Greece Kuzina, kitchen bar La Pasteria that’s owned by the Greek celebrity chef and was ranked number 4 chef in the world Aris Tsanaklidis.
Then chef Marios decided to move to the us and helped a friend opening a restaurant Byblos on Thayer street in providence Rhode island, also opened another location in 2008 Nara on federal hill now it’s one of the best places in Rhode island.
In 2015 chef Marios decided to open his own restaurant with his 2 best friends, Terrazza and located at 645 Douglas pike in Smithfield Rhode Island… Where his creativ
