In 2004, Mr. Castro founded Castro & Trodden, LLC. As a senior partner, Mr. Castro has represented thousands of clients on serious matters, both civil and criminal. Mr. Castro is committed to providing professional, capable, skillful, compassionate, confidential and personal representation to all of his clients.

Mr. Castro graduated law school in 1997 with honors and distinction. Following graduation, Mr. Castro was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Castro handled thousands of criminal cases at all levels, many of which were high profile matters followed carefully by the major media outlets. Mr. Castro successfully litigated numerous cases through motions, hearings and trial.

Following his tenure as a county prosecutor, Mr. Castro gained employment with one of the largest and most respected negligence defense firms in the metropolitan area. In this capacity, Mr. Castro represented some of the most prominent health care institutions and healthcare providers in the country. Over the course of his employment, Mr. Castro established himself as a tenacious and very capable trial attorney handling complex cases throughout New York State.
