Very reasonable priced. My poor car died on it’s way to work and literally rolled down the Northern State Pkwy as all gauges went down and car was not picking up any speed. I saw the previous review that made me decide to go with this particular location as it was 5 minutes away from work. They quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get my car before the weekend hit. I’m not disappointed and will continue to get my car serviced with them.

Hands-​down the best service I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. Howie, the owner, is very accommodating, polite, and respectful. The prices are reasonable — not the cheapest on Long Island but worth it given the quality of service you get. And he doesn’t try to sell you anything — I certainly trust Howie more than I’ve ever trusted a car mechanic before. I just recently went elsewhere for brakes (somewhere closer to home) and ended-​up disappointed in the service and was kicking myself for not going back to Smithtown Auto Works.
