My neighbor across the street works for Cook’s Towing and Recovery. When he did not like where I parked my vehicle (directly in front of my own house at the curb) because it would require him to turn his school bus to the right rather than the left, he had his co-​worker from Cook’s come and tow my vehicle from in front of my house down the block to in front of my adjacent neighbor’s yard. So, my one and only experience with Cook’s Towing was involuntary and criminal. If you want to deal with people like this, it’s your money. Do you want to do business with a company which would do the same to you if it were convenient for them to do so?

They answered me quickly, gave me realistic expectations of a timeframe for my tow and gave me an estimate over the phone. While I hope I don’t need a towing service again anytime soon, I know that I’ll call Cook’s again when I do!
