Let me start by stating that this service is probably one of the best taxi/​limo services I have ever taken.
I called them early in the morning on the day I needed to be picked up, (around 8 am), and they answered the phone with a positive attitude and were very proffessional.
I had to go from one side of Dover AFB to the other, and they definitely do their part. The driver has the ability to come on base to pick you up, which is great. I have had other taxi services that I had to walk to the main gate so I could catch a ride. I was stoked to hear that they will drive to your location on base to pick you up. They also know Dover very well, so there isn’t much of a worry trying to guide a driver through a base that a person on TDY doesn’t know himself.
And to top it all off, the driver himself was very polite, positive, and professional. He opened the door for me, placed my bags in the vehicle, and had pleasant conversation the entire time. There wasn’t an awkward moment at all with this service, which is awesome seeing as how almost every other taxi service there is always that wierd feeling the whole ride.
If I ever need to come to Dover AFB again, I will definitely be calling D-​Trans to take me where I need to go!
