Unfortunately, my dentist of 13 years quit taking my insurance. Hate that health related services are dictated by insurance but that’s another review. I went through the provider network looking for a dentist close to my work for convenience sake. My dentist had her own practice but it seems that is not the norm. Everything I was finding that was in the areas I was looking for were chain practices. Since I only needed a cleaning, I decided to book with Dent 1^st and take it from there.
From the moment I made my appointment, to leaving the practice after my cleaning, I was impressed by the level of customer service. Really great staff! My hygienist’s name was Molly and she was very professional and thorough. I will say I wasn’t overly impressed with the dentist’s, who checked my teeth after the cleaning, personality but I was told you won’t always get the same dentist and if there is a particular one you want or don’t want, just tell the receptionist when making your appointment.
I also found the office to be very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Overall, I was satisfied with the dental service received. Let’s hope I continue to have a positive experience if I need more than a routine cleaning.

This guys are high time cheaters. I had been there for check up and they did oral checkup and it was claimed from my insurance. Later they sent me a bill for 99 $ with some interest, after 3 months. when i asked about that, they are telling that some oral check up was not covered. they have not told when i was there for treatment I never go back to dentfirst again in my life.
