Do NOT MOVE HERE. My apartment was broken into on May 7^th!!! and after reading these other post It seems like other peoples apartment were broken in a week or days before. Clearly this apartment complex needs to communicate more with other residents so we know there are robberies going on.
Jeffrey is unprofessional and disgusting. Stacey and other lady just follow in his bad manners as if that is professional and acceptable. (They act like Karma isn’t real. what you do to others will come back to you)
These complex also always has the gate open so any and everyone can come in and out.
Also there are only cameras at the front entrance but there are entrances EVERYWHERE. people walk on and off that property without being detected all the time
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I lived there for less than 6 months and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY BREAKING MY LEASE!!!

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! My place was broken into on 4÷29÷2015. They climbed in my bedroom window while I was at work IN THE DAYLIGHT! There is always sketchy activity going on and the staff couldn’t be more unconcerned and unhelpful. When I called maintenance over to check the window locks that night to make sure they were secure, the maintenance guy (as well as the woman on the phone) said «Well what do you want me to do?» …how about CHECK THE LOCKS ON THE WINDOWS LIKE I ASKED! I was also told that they would come and put a bar in my window to keep it from being able to be opened and they have YET to come in and install it. They haven’t even come and replace the screen that was removed during the robbery. And as far as being able to move to a new pace (for peace of mind)…forget about it. Security for their residents is of NO concern to them. Just STAY AWAY.

The level of customer disservice is incomprehensible to anyone that has not been entrapped by signing lease here. Every tenant (over a dozen) with which I have spoken expresses misery, discontent, and open resentment towards the condescending and flamboyant management.
Service requests go unanswered. Complaints regarding unfulfilled service requests are retorted with deniability and arrogance. The general attitude amongst management is that it is the responsibility of the tenant to make the management’s job easier rather than the responsibility of the management to exercise any level of service.
The demographics within this complex have deteriorated to the condition that I no longer feel like the possessions in my apartment are secure in my absence. Non-​resident, commercial, and downright suspicious vehicles come and go at all hours without the least bit of deterrence from an ineffective gate.
My list of grievances could continue, but I alas, I will spend the rest of my morning hours on the phone with my real estate agent.
