What a jerk! Buying my first home and have never hired a contractor before. Joe calls me back and I ask what a kitchen remodel would cost. He accuses me of being an arrogant and prideful woman because I didn’t introduce myself? Excuse me? I’m the customer and I asked a simple question. How was I supposed to know my question was vague. I did not realize that there was a certain way to ask for what a kitchen remodel would cost. I would NEVER hire this man! He clearly does not have customer service skills.

If a problem arises late at night, these guys will assess any damages and appraise quotes on the spot. They were more than happy to do so for us, and yes, it was at 10pm on a Tuesday! These guys stick to the task at hand and know just what to do!
When our washer malfunctioned, leaving the hallway, master bedroom closet, master bathroom and part of the bedroom flooded one night, I called our insurance company. They got R. Warren Construction to come out THAT NIGHT, tear up the carpet so they could remove the padding and damaged subflooring. They left dehumidifiers and fans going for a few days to thoroughly dry out any and all areas affected. Within a week from the initial date, they provided carpet samples and a price quote for repairs. After having to order the carpet, they installed it and did a beautiful job. No nicked baseboards, no sloppy corners, just a job well done.
