Established in 2014.

After over 15 years of being in the real estate investment and construction businesses we began to receive many requests for residential remodeling projects. The management of Red Door Contracting decided it was time to start a division that catered specifically to residential remodeling.

Greg P.

Manager

Red Door is glad to have Greg on board as the licensed General Contractor. He has over 15 years experience which includes light commercial and residential construction, residential development and numerous remodeling projects. Greg’s background includes the development and construction of a 60 unit town home community, the development of a 55+ active adult community, the development of a 125 unit town home community, numerous spec homes and the construction of multiple custom homes ranging from $ 500,000 to over $ 1,000,000 which included some log and timber frame homes.

Don’t waste your time. They’ll have you spinning in circles wasting time, without a written quote or ability to evaluate for award.
Extremely indecisive and concerned about other competitors quotes versus their own offerings.
They took Measurements, I was invited and went to their home to see their work (also on the website), they sent me to stores to pick out materials, met with owner the next morning to review, only to be phoned at 5:30 pm, when their quote was expected to be told they don’t think they can accommodate my timing, when he was aware of my timing and requests. Total waste of THREE (3) days, I was sure they were the one, was ready to award.
Truth be told, the fragile ego was damaged because I compared his business to another «small biz.» A small business is $ 500k or less, which it clearly is. It is irrelevant how many years you’ve been in business.
Out of integrity, indecisive, money hungry, extremely judgmental and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. They actually did me a favor, I am sure he would have changed his mind again half way through. I guess my budget wasn’t large enough for them, even with their 30−40% margin.
