I give this location A+ for really tasty but sugar-​laden, delicious smoothies. I always get the Angel Food made slim. My toddler adores the apple kiwi bunga, which is really a miraculous feat because he won’t even consider anything green for consumption. This is about the only way I can get veggies in his diet. 2 stars are being docked for the consistently snobby and inattentive staff. I just want to grab my smoothies without your haughty better-​than-​thou glances and smirks, ladies. Also, when I’m the only person in the store I expect my smoothie to be made in a timely fashion without 10 minute + long conversations with your coworker about whatever in between. If you’re someone that doesn’t feel like dealing with really haughty bs attitudes then I’d maybe suggest another location.

The quality of the product is good. I’m giving 2 stars because the customer service is so crappy. I’ve been in on several occasions over the past year… And 9⁄10 times the staff have been rude, or too busy talking to each other, on their phones, etc.

These guys are always so pleasant when I go in and I’ve never had anything but an awesome smoothie. They also have plenty of knowledge about health products and what may or may not work for me personally. I had one issue with a product I purchased and after explaining everything to them they were happy to issue me a refund without any problems whatsoever, so I know customer service is extremely high for them.

Stopped in yesterday for a quick smoothie. I was really impressed by this location. The store was neat and cheerful and the staff was eager to answer any questions I had. My smoothie was not only nutritious but delicious. I definitely recommend!

A co-​worker of mine re-​turned me onto Smoothies. I usually only get one when I travel on the companies dime :) But we have one close to the apartment and figured I’d give it a try as they sent us a few coupons. The first time I went I got angel food, I believe… It was ok, but it had the protein in it and it didn’t mix very well. The next time I went I got the same thing, but had them hold the protein. MUCH BETTER.
This particular store offers good service and obviously a good mix of options. Smoothie-​King has an email list you can sign up and according to my co-​worker they send you coupons frequently. All in all, it was a good experience and I’m sure I’ll be back with the approaching heat and potential health alternative to junk food.
