I previously has a negative experience with this car spa due to a poor employee. However the management and owners here seem to truly care about their work and the atmosphere of the shop. Not only was my concern heard it was corrected and they made sure I was taken care of for which I am very thankful. They do a great job cleaning your vehicle and will make sure you are happy with their work before you pull away. Though I find their prices to be on the high side you will get quality service. In addition it is also a very convenient place to get your emissions test and oils change done with little to no waiting.

Took my car there for the first time today to get an oil change and a wash.
The service was excellent. The wait time was a little long but Kevin explained to us the issue they were having with another vehicle we completely understood.
Because of our long wait time, Kevin knocked the price down.
We basically paid for the amount it would cost us just to get the exterior and interior cleaned at Mr. Clean.

The oil change was very quick. It took about 20 minutes to complete. Complimentary car wash was included as well.

Excellent job with window tinting on two vehicles. The manager Joe is very honest in recommending the best window film for the vehicle. The technician Jazz is the most talented technician I’ve encountered. He is a perfectionist that takes his work very seriously. I strongly recommend Autospa and their 3M products.

I came to this establishment a couple of months ago for an oil change; however, days later while driving, I smelled something burning. Driving with my windows down, I assumed it was someone else’s vehicle until I later saw smoke coming from my hood. When I lift the hood, oil was everywhere. I then checked the oil stick and it was barely on the tip. I wondered if the cap had flew off until I found it wedge between one of the holes near the grill. When I was finally able to take my vehicle back, I explained to them what happened. Besides refilling it with more oil they gave me a few free car washes :/​I watched as the rep refilled with oil and noticed that he place the oil cap exactly where it was wedged. Guess this was a standard practice. I was not happy at all and I will never go to anyone regarding car service except the dealer. I do believe people will make mistakes but that was unnecessary negligence. Damages could have been caused during this incident. Not to mention compensating me with a free car wash was laughable and insulting. (I’ve already observed that a free wash is nothing but a rinse). Pictures will come soon. You decide.

Came in for a very overdue car wash and the team that greeted me were very friendly and went over the options available. I was in and out in around 10-​minutes for a full service wash on a busy Saturday! Thank you

Great service for the price! They hand dry your car plus I appreciated how they removed my car antennae before the wash (not all places do this) and put it back afterwards. I’ll be back!

Got mine car tinted over here with 3M film premium package. They are knowledgeable people on the product.
At the end service matters and it went good with Auto Spa.

Came up for a Birthday/​Anniversary weekend and can we say bug guts and pollen? So found this place via other Unilocalers and decided to give it a shot. They were extremely helpful didn’t ask me to upspend on unnccessary items and can you say helpful nice and polite!!! Will be back on the next trip up! Thanks!

Came here for a window tint. Amazing, courteous service! I am a veteran and was given a discount on the tint for that. I also was given a free wash afterwards. The place is clean and fast. Changing tables are in the bathroom for children as well. Great place and I will be coming here from now on.

Went by there to get my oil changed and told them I was going across the street to get something to eat while they performed the service. When I returned, I was told they did not have my oil filter in stock and couldn’t perform the service. I asked for the keys and was told they were in the ignition. I got in the car, cranked it and drove away. When I parked my car and turn it off, I noticed my key fob casing had separated slightly and my spring loaded key no longer popped back out when I push the button… my keyless entry no longer worked either.
It appears they dropped my keys and the fob came apart and they just shoved everything back together without telling me. Luckily I am pretty handy (and through the power of YouTube knowledge) I was able to get it fixed… the least they could have done was apologize instead of trying to cover up the fact they broke a $ 300 key fob.
I would think twice about allowing a business, that appears to lack integrity, service your vehicle.
*****Update — I was contacted by the owner shortly after posting the review, they apologized for the experience and offered to pay to have my key fob replaced and a discounted oil change… I have not been able to take them up on the offer just yet, but to intend to and will update my review once again after the service is complete…

I hate getting my car washed… well I hate to spend a lot of money on getting my car washed especially living in pollen central. I am THRILLED I found this spot. There are tons of options to have your car washed and that option includes $ 5 for the outside! That works for me. It’s automatic so you don’t even have to get out of the car. Score!
You pull up and they show you a menu of options which range from the $ 5 wash and go to the $ 220 Diamond detail. What I most loved is the gentlemen that assisted me did not try to up sell me on a bunch of crap. I was pretty clear on what I wanted so that may have helped, but still I was happy he didn’t try to sell me on some super wax aka cheap crap that hardly lasts.
Pulled out they dried the car, I grabbed a rag to wipe my door inside since I didn’t want an interior clean and I was on my way. $ 10 because I did want my tires to shine. But really just buy a bottle of tire shine if its necessary. Today I have pollen on my car again! And I am happy that I didn’t spend a ton on a wash annnd I can go back for just $ 5. Either way its a great option for those of us that don’t have access to a hose or want to get wet trying to rinse off the car.
There are other services this place offers such as emissions and oil changes, which I cannot comment on, but it definitely can be a one stop shop for you basic vehicle needs. Check them out! And you can go online to see a menu of their prices. No surprise when you pull up! That is a plus in my book!

I visited this establishment b/​c I was in dire need of a car wash, was short on time, in the area, and ratings from Unilocal.
The service delivered did not match the prices. I basically paid $ 30+ for a car wash in which I could have gotten just about the same results at a gas station. Multiple areas in my car were not vacuumed & it was obvious (clearly visible crumbs and dirt were left), there were areas that were also missed on my windows. I pointed out some of these things out to the guy who worked on my car. Normally I would have spoken with a manager regarding this but I didn’t have the time.
I could have gone to a car wash in midtown and paid less and received better service — lesson learned. This was a first and last time for me…

I had a great experience here. I went for an emissions test and car wash. I never, ever, ever have time to get a car washed. Well, if I do have the time — it never occurs to me to get it done I should say. Either way, my white car that was… very much not white any more, needed some serious love. Funny story, the guy offered to drive it through the car wash for me since they already were working on it. Small gesture, but so nice! I am lazy! HAHA Thank you! It was also cold as anything outside. So, yay, ty. When my car was done, it was like I had forgotten it was actually white. Thing looked nniicceee. They even told me if they missed anything to bring it back, within a recent time frame of some kind. Another nice gesture.
If you have never been there it can kind of be confusing as to where to go for testing or an oil change. Pull left after you pull in, the wash is in front of you, you pull left and around just a bit. I was lucky there were some guys by the entrance that directed me. Its not hard to find, just not overly obvious. (Sometimes I need overly obvious)

Came here to tint my windows. Excellent service. They use authentic 3m windows film. They will even give you the lifetime and original warranty card.
They use a machine to cut the films to prevent any damage to your car and have the shape of the tint to match your cars windows perfectly.
Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place for having your windows tinted.

Been here multiple times and never really disappointed.
My first visit was right after moving from NJ, and the experience was incredible. An outside wash, wax and great interior cleaning for about $ 25. In nj you’d be lucky if they let you run your car through for less than $ 30.
The detail their interior cleaning team gives o the inside of your car is pretty great. It’s a quick in and out job.
They also offer a 20% off any car wash at the moment. The one draw back is if you don’t check in before paying you have to come back again to use the 20% off.

A great carwash! My car was FILTHY both inside and out but I was running very late and didn’t have time to do the inside so I opted for a quick wash for the outside. I don’t remember the exact package I got but it was inclusive of running through the big wishy-​washy-​part (that’s the scientific name I’m sure), and then getting my car dried as well as rims and tires washed and shined. I believe the package was only $ 10.00 but with my handy, dandy Unilocal coupon I only paid about $ 8. Score!
The guys (and gal) were all friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing so there was no lag time. I went right through the machine, got my car shined up beautifully and in no time I was in and out!
As I drove away, I remember wondering how good of a job they actually did… after all, I only paid $ 8! Once I reached my next spot, I was able to get out and check my ride and I was amazed. My SUV looked like new, they really made it shine. Thanks Smyrna Auto Spa, I will be back!

They get zero stars! Horrible service!!! Don’t go!!! My tint was the wrong percentage and it was cheap! My detail service was horrible on my BMW! It’s just all around bad service! Dirt was still in the car and on my wheels. Such a waste of 300 bucks! Don’t waste your money! Please!!!
