This is a swanky Taco Bell and clean inside. Julie has awesome customer service skills. The food is fresh and tasty. This location is hiring.

Wtf. I seriously hate you guys. After waiting in the drive through line for twenty minutes, I received the wrong order. Tried to go inside, was met at the door by all 6 employees, including the«manager» none of which would open the door to even speak to me, let alone replace my order. Was motioned back into the twenty minute drive through line. Waited, received order, still wrong. An hour of my life that I’ll never get back. Awesome.

Don’t order online if you want the food you actually ordered, and don’t use the drive-thru if you want fast service. Otherwise, the quality of the food is fine, and I’ve never had a bad interaction with the staff. The inside is generally clean — can’t speak for the restrooms though as I’ve never used them — and they keep their sauces and things pretty well stocked.

Maybe I came on a bad night, but I was pretty disappointed with the wait time at this Taco Bell. I understand that it was a weekend night which is Taco Bell’s peak time. However, I noticed that the issue seemed to be the time it took to get food instead of the volume of customers. It would take about 5 minutes for each customer to get their food. Annnd, when you’re behind 6 or 7 cars when you pull up, you get the picture. When I finally got my order, items were missing. After spending ~40 minutes in line, I was frustrated that my order wasn’t even correct. I’d be willing to give them a pass if they were at least getting orders out quickly, but they did not seem to have an effective system in place that night. I will probably give them another shot because of the convenience and my love for their burritos. However, this experience still left a bad impression. Big crowds on weekends is no surprise, so there really is no excuse.

the world’s greatest Taco Bell. that’s all there is to it. excellent customer service, zero wait time, and best part is their hours… at 2:30am when everything else is closed, Taco Bell on Cumberland is open to save the day…

Great customers service. I really enjoy coming to this location because it’s close to my job and it’s quick.

Most of the time when I go to taco bell my expectations are that I will get my food in an unprofessional, rude, and typically unpleasant manner. I cannot speak for the dinning room service or the cleanliness of the inside of the store, but the drive thru staff is GREAT! the orders are prompt and always correct. I frequent this location once a week on my way home from my late night at work, and have yet to have a bad experience. Compared to all the other taco bell franchises that I have been to this one takes the cake.

I went through the drive thru. GREAT customer service! And wanna talk about fast food?!? I got my order so quick it was crazy! The manager was at the window and asked what sauce I would like after saying one and changing my mind after he already handed it to me he didn’t mind one bit reaching for more! He was extremely nice! I’m not from around here and in the fear of getting lost I stuck near my hotel to eat. Great customer service!

This food is cheap and gives the best nachos in the world for 89 cents. Will go again.

Yes, I know this place is Taco Bell and that it is cheap, fast food. But the service of this particular Taco Bell is OUTSTANDING every time I go. I am greeted each time I walk in the door. The workers are always friendly and helpful. They are quick and attentive. I have never had a problem with an order either. Keep it up!

This particular Taco Bell is the BEST of all Taco Bells I have ever eaten at. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, and it smells good. The staff have been very helpful to my 2 year old child and me, helping us with a high chair, bringing out our order to us, and even making funny faces at him when he gets fussy. I enjoy the #1 which is a burrito supreme and a taco supreme(crunchy), then I add a pack or two of the«fire» sauce to add some spice.

My experience at Cumberland Taco Bell wasn’t a good one. While waiting for my order, I went to the men’s restroom. One of the employees from the kitchen was in one of the stalls and didn’t have the decency to shut and lock the door. When I walked in there, there he was, pants down, casually dropping the kids off at the pool. He didn’t seem startled in the slightest that his business was out in the open for others to see. Good for him, but I don’t care to see that ish. That image has now been scarred into my brain. No quiero esta Taco Bell.

I love Taco Bell. This one is the fancy pants Taco Bell and the food here is made just how Taco Bell should be made. If you love Taco Bell this one will do you right.

I love taco bell but this location is something else… I have yet to come here and get the proper service. Maybe it is just my luck… but after the 4th time and the order is not correct it gets frustrating. I don’t even feel like going into detail with this one. The lack of word count should suffice as to how I feel about this location.

I know I shouldn’t expect anything good at Taco Bell, but I figure I can at least grab a quick late night bite to satisfy a craving and get out within a reasonable timeframe. Stupid me. Last night I was nearly home and got hungry as hell and knew there wasn’t much open that was quick and cheap besides TB, so I went for it. The drive thru line wasn’t bad so I pulled in and waited. And waited. And waited. Ordinarily I’d just blame it on low staff at night, but I started paying attention(after opening my window) and realized the hold up was not limited employees, but employees bent on getting laid. When did Taco Bell become a dating service? The guy running the speaker was literally hitting on the girl four cars up in a Ford Focus, she was giggling back and forth between telling him her plans for the night and where she’d been. Seriously? This went on for a solid 10 minutes before he finally let her pull around so that the now full line of cars could move on up and order. I get it, it’s late, you’re horny, you work in fast food and have little chance of meeting quality vagina, but you’re not paid to spit game at the local talent coming home from the late night shift. After the fiasco I did get through the line relatively fast, but it was damn annoying to have to sit so long for no real reason. Food was, well, food. Taco Bell hasn’t ever won any awards for awesome food and they surely aren’t going to start now. I wasn’t hungry after eating, that’s about all I can say.

This place has a snazzy interior for a Taco Bell. I am used to the old crummy ones where you really have to be careful as to where you sit, seeing as you might sit in what is left of someone else’s beefy melt. Also, I am a huge fan of their Verde salsa. Usually I am one to grab all Fire packets but the Verde is so good, you must try it

Best Taco Bell on the planet. Always fast, hot, and correct! I’m waiting in line right now actually… The speaker is broken tonight and the drive thru is taking forever but the 50+ visits I’ve made here over the last 4 years are more than enough to allow me to overlook tonight’s oddity. … As a side note, there are two Taco Bells closer to my work/house and I go out of my way to come to this one. It IS that much better.

Taco Bell, I am disappoint. Two bean burritos minus the cheese was a huge fail. The burritos had a diameter of a golf ball. The beans tasted old and the tortilla seemed to be aged as well. The speed of service was good, but when they skip on making a proper burrito, you know why. Never again am I going here to satisfy my Taco Bell craving.

Yeah, I know, it’s just Taco Bell. But this is the BEST Taco Bell. I’ve been eating Taco Bell for about 20 years now, with hundreds of visits across 5 or 6 states. This location has been my favorite for the last 7 years. The service has ALWAYS been fast, friendly, and correct every single time for as long as I can remember. Most other Taco Bell locations have pissed me off after my first or second visit. This location has never done me wrong. I would give it 5 stars, but it is Taco Bell after all. The food is cheap, but poor quality, and it gives gas like nothing else. Best appreciated super late after a long night of drinking. But be careful, Cobb County Police Department knows this, and camps out on Cobb Parkway. Don’t ever drink and drive. I believe this particular location is open till 4 or 5AM every night of the week.
