Established in 2010.

Joe Weir and Tony Kestner began their law careers by working for insurance companies. They saw first-​hand how these companies unfairly treat injured people – especially after representing a close family member in a vehicle accident case. In 2010, Joe and Tony decided to team up and devote their time and talent to seeking justice for injured or wronged people just like you.

Joe Weir received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School (’05). Joe’s philosophy is that every case (regardless of size) is important, because he represents people, not corporations. Joe and his wife make their home in Rutherford County.

Tony Kestner is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Arizona State College of Law (’00). He has personally handled cases from beginning through jury verdict, including a multi-​million dollar wrongful death action. Tony takes great pride in protecting the rights of individuals just like you, and he will approach your case as if he’s representing his own family and friends.

Joe and Tony both have in-​depth knowledge of the law and personal insight into how insurance companies operate. They’re proud residents of middle Tennessee, and they’re committed to getting you the justice that you deserve.
