do not waste your time with this company. i was on auto pay, but b/c of their crap system, my payments would never go through. i kept receiving overdue bills so i called to see what was going on. by the end of the conversation i thought everything was ok…“their system was updating”, only to end up w/a reinstatement fee of $ 35 which had another $ 20 in other taxes and fees added on to it for a grand total of $ 55 in addition to my regular service. how can they charge someone a reinstatement fee when their account is on auto pay? if it’s on auto pay it means you can charge your invoices!!! they are seriously that dense they do not understand this? i got on the on line chat but the person there was clearly lazy and showed no interest in doing anything condusive to solving my problem. she kept saying to call the number. i called the number. at that point i was furious and demanded to cancel my account. the rep said that the on line help could have taken off the charges but she chose not to. it was too late at that point and i was ready to cancel. i cancelled but they still charged my card $ 68 for the next 3 months. i will not be receiving their service but somehow i am still expected to pay for it. i contacted on line chat again only to deal w/the same retard as before. she of course refused to do anything. what a shocker!!! she refused to even provide my local office information, address etc. i am now in the process of sending a certified letter to this location and demanding my money back. you can’t charge someone for a service that you are not providing.

AVOID — Our condo association has had ongoing issues that have not been solved for several months — spilling waste water, oil, hydaraullic fluid, etc. They are unsanitary slobs who refuse to fix their problems.

I had SEVERAL issues with this company when I first started using them. I was SOOOOOO irritated that I figured out the email address of the CEO. And I wrote him. At around 3am in the morning. And guess what? By 5am — had responded — and cc’ed the district manager — along with the manager over my specific area. I was bombarded with emails and phone calls, apologizing me. They also followed up weeks later to make sure I wasn’t having any other problems. So. .. I wasn’t always a fan — but now I am.
