The sausages from this store are fabulous. They are not overly salty as the other person posted. (Maybe they should try cooking at home if they are worried about salt content.) I do not cook with salt. I only use herbs and spices. These sausages were much less salty than anything I have bought from the supermarket.
I bought sausage and meatballs my first trip. They were well spiced with basil, garlic and other herbs. I am on my way out to get more. I am sure there was salt in them, but not so much that I had a problem with it.
These are some of the best sausages I have had in years. I am on my way out to get some more.

I recently had a meal at Marlay House that had sausage from Atlanta Sausage Company and it was pretty bad. Not flavorful, and way too salty. I am highly unlikely to try any sausages from ASC in the future.
