Worse I have ever been to. Takes at least 20+ mins to get thru the line no matter what time of day. Tried again after every experience being bad and got fries that were chewy and horribly under cooked. Often late night they will make it very difficult to pay unless you have cash. Save yourself grief go to any other fast food place you can find or drive further to a different location. This one always sucks!

Literally took 20 min to get food here. I love to go to McDonalds because of there friendly and Fast service… Totally was blown away by how long it took to get a Simple meal. Fries weren’t hot… Was pretty unimpressed… This is my first Bad review on any business. Because i like to recognize great places… But wow. 20 Minutes for McD!!!

If I could give a negative rating I would!!! It seems like every time I go to this McDonald’s I have to go back to fix my order. Today they forgot 2 burgers except the fries and drink. When I went to replace the meal they said all they could give me is the two burgers. When I tried to give them the cold fries back they said they couldn’t because I’ve had them so long and they were hit when I got them. Now I have warm burgers with cold fries and a watered down drink.

This is a new, nice looking McDonalds with two drive thru’s, but the service is terrible in the a.m. I’ve made three attempts to get a timely breakfast on weekday mornings before going to work and although I realize that a good promotion will attract a good crowd, I think a 15 – 20 minute wait is UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve had to leave the drive through twice after ordering because ‘who has that kind of time for a drive thru in the a.m.!”, Of course this added to my frustration because not only didn’t I get breakfast, I was a little late for work. If I had only one experience of this kind with this location I would chock it up as an an isolated incident, but three times? Something needs to be done!

The worst ever… I have been there at least a dozen times wanting a shake or ice cream cone, they say the machine is down. My daughter has a friend that works there and says they are just to lazy to make it because they don’t want to clean the machine. Next time if I ever go back I’m asking for the manager.

While waiting on my breakfast order, I went to get my drink, the fountain area was soooooo filthy. With food, soda spots, ketchup, ice and water everywhere. It looked like that had been sitting like that since overnight.

The drive thru was fast… I ordered a large beverage and some French frys. The drive thru staff was very friendly, and best of all my frys were super fresh… Like, burn your mouth they are so hot fresh. A little salty… But that’s to be expected I guess… Good place!

This McDonalds is the absolute worst. I usually wouldn’t even consider wasting a post on any McDonalds but the service at this location would not allow me to ignore it. Each time I visit this McDonalds which isn’t far from where I work, I’m left furious. Today was the last time I’ll visit. After placing my order, I’m always asked to pull around and they’ll bring my order to my car… I would expect to receive fresh food once they bring it… Well I guess that’s too much to ask for! After waiting for my order, it’s either incomplete or cold. The service is lousy! A bunch of teenagers working that aren’t being taught the meaning of customer service!
