McDonald’s

I’m in line NOW… first I went to the outer drive thru line and after several cars in the nearby intercom get serviced I left. Drove around to get in the other line. (Should’ve been my first clue to leave)…Started to place my order and she cuts me off to tell me what they DON’T have… I still haven’t made it to the window and have time to write this paragraph meaning the person taking the order must be the order taker, cashier, dropping the food, cooking and cleaning the DAMN place… I’m finally at the window and no Apology!!!

I am on the road a lot and McDonalds is usually my spot to stop if I want something fast. I generally enjoy my meal while also knowing that I only spent $ 4. This is the closest one to my home and it is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. They often get my order wrong while taking forever to actually get the food. My last two visits here sum up this McDonalds perfectly. 1, the manager on duty was trying to get one of the employees to clean the bathrooms, the employee was refusing and telling the manager he didn’t want to. 2. I went there on the way home one night around 11.30pm, There was one car in the drive through in front of my who eventually drove off. When I got up to where they take my order no one would speak, I went up to the window and they told they were closed??? It’s a 24 hour McDonalds.

Dont even deserve a star after all my co worker told me not to go to this mcdonald i went cause i wanted to give them a try everything was good in the drive thru until i ask if they had strawberry pies cause they don’t always sell them and the lady was trying to find out if they had them and the price till she ask a manager about it and manager said i don’t know but he needs to hurry up and finish cause he holding my line
Worst service ever will never be back shoulda listen to my co workers and all the reviews online this mcdonald should be close and re staff in my opinion

If I could give them negative stars I would this McDonald’s I’ve come to in the past weeks ago few times a day and they officially Lost me as a customer today as I ordered in the drive thru like normal got my order and it was missing leaf lettuce I come back into the store and the cashier was tryin to hand the sandwich back to put the lettuce back on mind you she has no gloves on the manager came and re ordered it then then moved her nose with her bare hand totally Disgusting!!! The guy in the back was sighing saying” here’s the remade sandwiches Jesus Christ” I called in and left a message regarding him and didn’t say much because I believe that store is a Franchise because corporate picks up the phone none of the message stuff I worked for McDonald’s for 10 years so I know. People beware of the Disgusting workers and managers there!!!

After a 30 min wait in line. I got the sandwich back wrong, i had no cheese on it. Then when they decided to out cheese on it, they through a cold slice of cheese on it. The cheese felt like ice. I returned it, the manager respectfully refunded my money, but didn’t say sorry or anything. Did not even try to fix it. He rather give my money back. Will not be returning here. LOST CUSTOMER!

i came here one day, and that was the last day. my man ordered a double cheeseburger with mac sauce… when we got the food after waiting in drive thru for what seemed like foreverrrrr, i noticed how heavy the bag was for just a burger… so i look inside and noticed they basically poured all the mac sauce on the burger, so i went inside UPSET… i asked the manager ‘WOULD YOU EAT THIS!?” of course he had nothing to say… he gave me a refund without a word, an apology, NOTHINGGGGGG!!! then one of the cooks/​cashier whatever they are, started mocking me. i swear this is the most ratchet place! you would think you were on Candler road and not in Snellville.

This is by far the SLOWEST McDonalds I’ve ever been too.
I went with a friend, so our kids could play in their indoor play area. I ordered my food, and it took at least 10 minutes to get it.
They looked like they were understaffed. And the staff that was there were more worried about joking around with one another than getting customers meals out faster.
During my time waiting I noticed one of the workers had just one glove on her hand, and she was going back and forth between ringing customers up at register, and preparing food, like fries. Never changed the gloves during all her back, and forth and I just found it strange.
They have a really nice play area structure, but no one was maintaining the cleanliness of the area, and there were old fries, and wrappers on the floor, and dirty tables. It was kinda gross. I gave my kids a bath as soon as they got home.

Usually a better mcdonalds than most but today not so much! The ants have come into the playroom in a major way. They are up the walls, on the tables, and all over the floor! While I understand ants come in when the weather gets cold this is not acceptable at a restaurant! When I told the manager it seemed like they already knew about the problem but had not fixed it yet:(

I’ve been to this location twice. Normally I just use the driveway because if I’m up this way I’m on a mission. My last experience here, the drive thru was extremely slow. I’m glad I checked my bag before leaving. I was missing food!!! So normally I will give places a second chance but after going inside I think not. There was a strange smell (bad) inside the dining area, the floors were sticky and the place needs a good cleaning. It makes me wonder what they score on their health inspection. I honestly rather not know at this point I just know I do not plan to return here

the slowest mcdonald’s ever!!! i swear… I sat in their double drive thru and watched 3 people go by one menu and I was still waiting for a greeting. Why have 2 lanes if you aren’t going to use them. I feel like every time I decide to go inside instead the drive thru miraculously improves and it takes 5 minutes for a greeting at the counter. Frustrating. If you have 20 minutes to wait on fast food, the goods good

There is nothing wrong in this store and location. An as usual mcdonals, that’s all nothing less or nothing more. Traffic may seems little difficult on peak time because of the location. You will meet What ever you expect from a mcdonals, and that’s the point. Newly renovated store, so it’s looks neat.

One of the worst McDonald’s on the planet… Terrible service, everyone there acts like they would rather be doing anything but working there. Terrible.

Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. A friend and I ate here for our weekly lunch and round of chess. Our food took forever to be given to us. 6 orders after us got their food before we did, and interestingly they were all of a different racial group than myself. As we sit down to eat we pull out our chess board and begin to play as we eat. The manager comes over to us and tells us we cannot play there and that we need to leave. When we ask why, he grabs our chest bored, knocking pieces off the table and even breaking some. Other groups were sitting around being obnoxious and loud and not even ordering anything. Yet we, the only white people in the place, were not allowed to sit and eat and enjoy a single game of chess. We will never visit this location again. McDonald’s corporate was contacted and failed to even acknowledge my complaint. Never this location again!
