Quest Diagnostics Incorporated

Today I took my 8 ½ month old there for blood work. She had to have three vials done for her allergy testing. There were two ladies there, I can only remember one name (Diane) unfortunately but they both were FABULOUS. I was terrified and had been putting this off because I knew it would hurt my baby and I didn’t want to have to hurt someone for hurting her!!! People can be really insensitive and I know that I would flip out if I had to deal with someone impersonal. Anyway, I have been to this location before years ago and I remembered how good they were. But these two were especially good. Very friendly, funny, personable and most of all, my daughter cried but did not scream and it wasn’t a cry really, more of a fuss… three vials of blood out of her little vein and all she did was fuss. That is amazing. So this is the ONLY center that I would ever take my children to, including myself. I hope they get to read this because I was very impressed.

I dropped in for some basic lab work for a physical. I didn’t have an appt but I showed up at 8am. There were a few people ahead of me so I wasn’t anticipating a huge wait. And I was right, I was in and out in 20 minutes, the staff was very nice and friendly. The only downside to this location is limited parking.
