I’m sorry others have had problems here but I like this store. Sometimes I have to wait longer than I want to but once it’s my turn the staff has always been super nice and gone out of the way to help me pack my stuff the best way and most economical way.
I had a full size guitar I had to ship and they hooked me up.
The office supplies they sell are a little expensive.

I have to agree with Darla on this location. The service here is horrendous. The lady was nice enough, but it took forever for her to box my item and was constantly distracted by the phone and other customers who came in after me. I will definitely try another location from now on!

Although this UPS Store is closer to my home, I drive out to the UPS Store in Loganville because I prefer the customer service there better. It’s not that this UPS Store is «bad» per se, it just leaves me flat.
The parking situation at the Snellville UPS Store is often difficult, and sometimes in the past they were not open when they were supposed to be, with no sign to explain why.
Because they’re serving business clientele, they’ll lose customers if people can’t depend on getting their errand done in a timely manner.
Once in the store, the customer service has been hit or miss. It has been slightly better the last 2 times I’ve been in, so maybe they’re working on it.
