Veretian Nails

Thiefs!!! My card was swiped twice after getting my nails done. I called up 2 days later when I read my bank statement. I called to ask for a refund the owner told me to wait an additional 48 hours or he would lose money. He was rude and did not handle the situation like a professional. I came the next day to get my money and he wrote me a check when I asked for it on my card. I am just glad I got my money back. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS PEOPLE!!!

Went here when I desperately needed my eyebrows done and the place closest to the house was closed. I walked in and there were only two other customers and they were finishing up. I only had to wait 3 – 4 minutes before being called back. They had a private room for waxing that doubled as a storage room. It was organized well and the room set up didn’t bother me. I have gotten my brows waxed for years and the lady that did them today was so incredibly gentle. It literally did not hurt, which just does not happen. She was even very gentle when it was time for the tweezers. I was very pleased with the way my eyebrows looked when she was done. I will definitely be back in to have my eyebrows done again. I only gave 4 stars because it is a nail salon and I feel like I did not get the full experience seeing As I did not have anything done to my nails. Next time I go for a mani/​pedi I will definitely try them out. Not the fanciest place in town but I feel like their professionalism and extra care more than make up for that. $ 7 for eyebrow waxing when the other place I was going to was $ 8

Venetian is overall a good place to come and get a quicky service.
The facility is clean and the chairs and bowls are cute.
I have been coming here for quite some time, and the only thing I have to complain about is the spacing and some comments being made towards the service…
The salon was nearly empty but they chose to seat a man right next to me. IDK about you, but pedis are my personal time and I was quite embarassed when the nail tech made a comment about my feet being rough. even though I come biweekly.
My last vist I was told my toes were dry and I should drink more water. although they were dry because of the acetone they burned me with the last visit.
im all for men getting groomed. but if there are 5 seats available PLEASE space people out. its just common courtesy!

They were friendly and efficient! Nothing out of the ordinary. The prices were reasonable and they did a great job! I’d definitely go back.

There’s nothing Venetian about this nail salon. The staff will greet you when you walk in and get you in a chair quickly but unfortunately, they do not pay attention to detail and will let you leave their salon w/​nails not perfect. My nail beds were not smooth from lack of cuticle removal and buffing. Had I not meantioned my dissattisfaction, the technition would have let me leave with my feet looking like I never had them done. I can’t say the entire staff has the same attitude as my tech but enter at you own risk.

I really like this place, the staff is friendly, quick to get you started, clean and very thorough ! The prices are very reasonable, they would get 5 stars, but they salon is full of stuff that they sell besides nail related products which gives it a cluttered look. But it doesn’t keep me away!
