Mari Annis-Wuellner – State Farm Insurance Agent

This insurance agency is the biggest joke. The team is very unprofessional, unhelpful and untrustworthy. I call and ask for the agent, Mari Wuellner and I always get «Shes not in today», if your running an agency you would think the agent is there. ALSO, the girls are all so young and normally don’t know what they are doing, I have tried calling 3 times today and no call back or answer. When you walk into the office, and once again the «Agent» is not there, the employees are wearing jeans and a sweatshirts. I do not feel confident in this agency to trust them with my insurance needs. Unless you want, poor communication, policies written for you without your knowledge, or people that do not have confident in what they are doing; THEN GO TO A DIFFERENT AGENCY or total different insurance company!

What seemed like it was going to be an easy process turned into an annoying and difficult one. Poor communication and little to no follow through left me with a cancelled policy and I only found out because of letter I received from State Farm weeks later and a hike in my escrow due to a lender policy being placed on my mortgage. I was assured it was a simple fix and that it was completely resolved (and promised a call back first thing in the morning, which didn’t happen, I had to call them later that day to get any info on the resolution) only to find out two weeks later that it was never resolved. The only reason I found out the second time was because I figured I better call my lender to check up and have my escrow recalculated. I ended up spending 30 minutes on hold with my bank while they walked the agency through getting my policy added. I also never received one of my proof of insurance cards in the mail. This agency really dropped the ball. It wasn’t just once either, after second and third time I received poor service it is obvious it was not a one-​time accident. Very disappointed in the service I received, what is the point of using an agent if you have to walk your bank through the process yourself?

Mari and her team have gone above and beyond to find the correct and affordable policy for my homeowners insurance. They walked me through the available options and let me select what was the proper coverage based on what was necessary, not just what made them the most money to sell me. I felt comfortable throughout the whole buying process and they have been great during follow up and making changes has always been a cinch.
I highly recommend Mari and would encourage you to give her a chance to show you how great she can be for you!
