A lady driving a brand new large pickup hit my parked car while backing out of her spot. Luckily we both have the same insurance so there wes no copay thankfully. My wife took her car here a few months earlier and had a great experience so I gave the fine people at Abra a go.
I was totally impressed. The manager was friendly and kept me in the loop with the progress of my car. The Enterprise Rentacar was also the best experience that I’ve had while renting a car. They had my car finished a day late but gave me notice. I didn’t mind though since I had a brand new rental car. I was excited to get my car back though and was very pleased with the front end repairs that was done. The manager, I wish that I could remember his name, gave me advice on washing my car so I don’t hurt the new paint job.
All in all my expectations were clearly exceeded.

I had the best experience with Abra. My insurance company refer Abra to me after being in an accident with someone who ran a red light. I brought my vehicle to get the fender fixed and it came out looking brand new. Their employees were extremely professional and patient with me. I truly appreciated the updates about my vehicle. My vehicle was completed within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend Abra to anyone who is search of good service and fantastic workmanship.

Horrible service, the company came back to me a year later and demanded more money. When I asked for documentation to justify the cost, they sent me to collections. Absolute nightmare!
