History

Established in 2008.

Over the years Property Doctors has developed into a company that offers its clients a wide variety of home services. Founded by Alex who, shortly after building his first home in Ukraine, migrated to the United States with his family in 1997. Not to long after, Alex returned to building and began to build custom homes acting as the General Contractor where his son Melek joined him in the business.

In 2008, the business and started serving property management companies, real estate companies and homeowners. Today Property Doctors offers a wide variety of services from big remodels to small repairs. Whatever your properties condition may be the team of Property Doctors will work hard to find the right cure.

My passion for building arose at a young age. At the age of 11 I build my first tree house with scraps gathered from the neighborhood that was being constructed. Even at that age, I had put in carpet, siding, and shingle roof on that house of mine, and yes, even had cable for the TV. All the kids in the neighborhood where jealous.

Soon after I was joined my Father in building custom homes in his business. Through that experience, we had finally developed into what is today Property Doctors. A quality driven building and repair company that understands the value of something done right the first time.
