Just came from Snotown and I have to say I’m quite impressed! The beer was excellent, most of which is brewed on site but occasionally you’ll find another local beer on tap. I had the blonde and sampled the Licorice Stout, ESB and Jalapeño blonde, all were great, the blonde was my favorite although I’d easily drink a glass of the ESB. Frank, the owner, helped us out, he was easy to talk to made us feel welcome and even humored my husband by answering all his beer making questions. Snotown also has a variety of board games to play so you can interact with your friends or dare I say, challenge a stranger to a game of battleship instead of staring at your phone. When you visit don’t leave your dogs or kids at home, they are dog and family friendly!

Great atmosphere. I love that they are dog and kid friendly! The bartenders are friendly and attentive. My 4 stars is because their beers are fairly hoppy. Even though I love craft beer, I still would prefer more variety. I believe 4 of the 5 were dry hopped, which isn’t a selling point for me. However, I will return again and again to see what is new!
