Subway

There is a layer of grime in this store that will squash any craving for anything.
Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority of management — and made me wonder if the staff bothered washing their hands.
Too much risk — left without ordering anything.

I stopped at 9:50 PM to get a sandwich. I was told they were closed by a large reddish haired woman that it was 10 PM. I showed the woman the time on my cellular network as 950 she said no it was wrong they were closed.
Poor customer service is one thing I don’t deal with well. There are plenty other businesses that will gladly take your money. Including Quiznos and the other subway about 3 miles away. Think I will be back? Not!

Most recent visit to this Subway was an interesting one. We visited it on a Sunday about 3:30 in the afternoon it was pretty busy had to wait in line for a while. Really didn’t mind as Evan (who was completely by himself) was very apologetic and let us know he would be with us as soon as possible. While waiting his red haired coworker showed up who stormed in rudely started yelling at him as he was trying to help his customers about how even though she was late how the other worker should have stayed until she decided to show up. She continued to slam the door more then once in order to then get dressed to work. I must say that the whole time this is happening Evan is keeping his cool and we are still waiting to be helped. She then finally comes up front to tell everyone in the store that she was late because she needed to stop for coffee, finally she tells Evan she is going to have a smoke and then would be ready to work, all while customers are still waiting. Let’s just say she ruined our Subway experience but thanks fully Evan was awesome! They need to think about some staffing changes.

I will only echo former reviews. Dirty, attitude-​filled employees & does NOT participate in $ 5.00 specials. (This is on the owner… they also own the one up near Bickford.) I’ll never go to this Subway. The one up the road is SO much cleaner & employees FAR nicer!

I very recently tried one of the breakfast type items. Expensive and frankly kind of blah in taste and looks. An egg thing. I cant remember the name of it. It was alright. sort of. The real problem with this location is the people that work there. I’m sorry. did I just piss you off the second I walked in the door? Maybe I should leave? Why do you hate your job soooo much?
No thank-you’s, a smile or a generic have-​a-​nice-​day” is going to come out of the mouths of these pathetic excuses for cheerful customer service. If you go, for gawd sakes dont ask them for anything special or try to change an order mid way on your sub. The glare and deep sigh is what you’ll get in return, It’s a good thing that the sandwiches are actually prepared in front of you. If it was a back room kitchen…

This location NEVER participates in the national programs! No $ 5 for any foot long subs here!

Worse place ever!!! i have been to alot of subways and it seems like the people working there are always mad at something. Its never cleaned… veggies are always out. Just a bad subway to go to!

I’ve never been here when its busy, so there’s never any lines. Open until 10 pm which is nice when you get off at 8:30 or 9:00 pm… compared to other Subways, its kind of dirty… veggies and things strewn all over the counters, and old food on all the tables all the time… but the employees have always like changed gloves between taking money and serving food, so it can’t be all that bad, right?
