Tech Mob Computer Repair

My laptop was very sluggish. I had accidentally downloaded PC Cleaner which slowed everything down. I dropped off my laptop with Tammy and Romain yesterday at lunch, picked it up today at lunch, and everything is working great. Friendly and fast service and great prices. I loved chatting with Tammy too!

My laptop went to the computer lab in the sky without giving me any notice. All my info was stuck inside. I had used a Tech Mob Groupon about a year ago to get a tune up and they had done a great job, so I contacted Roman to see what they charged to do data recovery. The price was 25% of what Best Buy wanted to do the same thing! So I took my dead laptop and an external hard drive to their snohomish location and the work was done in two days! Tami manages the store and was so friendly and nice-​provided great customer service! I definitely recommend these guys!

Terrible all the way around. We got a message our computer was ready. I went down to pick up the computer and the place is locked up, an hour before their «hours» say they are to close. I call, no answer. Awesome. The next day I show up and was told they sometimes close early if they want… not the best customer service. Plus they have an ankle biter running around the store and jumping on you, so whether you pet him or push him off your hands will smell like unkempt dog when you leave. They fixed the power source problem, although it was quite a bit more than we were expecting, but whatever the problem was solved. Once we got home I realized they gave us a different power cord… it was obviously different because this one had a bunch of hair and nastiness stuck to it, very disgusting. And then to top it off, two months later, exact same power source problem. Bottom line… Very unprofessional, bad customer service, and shoddy work…

Very helpful and straight to the point. They fixed my computer and were very professional. I would go back again in a heartbeat. However, I hope I don’t wish to have another virus.
