We had a basement added to our existing house in the city of Del Mar, along with a bathroom addition and a termite damaged balcony completely redone.
The work done on our house was highly intricate and complicated, not a typical job. The general contractor was on site most days. Throughout the entire process, I had confidence that the job was being done right without any corners being cut. Instead of hiring day laborers, Atlas employs a dedicated crew.
While the city of Del Mar has a reputation for being highly demanding, the inspectors never had any issues with the work done. Atlas worked closely and carefully with the city to avoid pitfalls and delays in the permitting processes.
If I ever need additional remodeling work done in the San Diego area, I will not hesitate to hire Atlas again. They endured high quality work, understood the importance of communicating with me the homeowner, and were very responsive to all concerns raised.

I researched three GCs to give me bids on a 355 square foot addition housing a master bedroom and two bathrooms and was delighted with the pricing and what it included, (middle of three, but closer to the lower than the higher) provided by Atlas. The project went smoothly with Cameron Arnold communicating efficiently throughout the process. There were no surprises and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
